Location

This hotel is located close to Valencia's exhibition area, near the conference centre, and some 5 km from the airport. Guests can reach the City of Arts and Culture in 15 minutes and the hotel has good transport links (bus, tram, and metro).

    A very cozy, elegant, and beautiful hotel. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, the breakfast was rich and delicious, and the dinner was served like in a 5-star restaurant. The plates looked like something from a MasterChef competition. I highly recommend choosing half board because it is absolutely worth it! 🥰❣️The hotel is very close to the subway station and very quiet.We really enjoyed our stay there! ☀️

    Very brilliant service. The customer service team are very good, as soon as you ask for something if they can do it, it will be done straight away. There was daily housekeeping and our rooms were spotless. It is very close to bus stop and shops nearby. The only thing that would have been good to have was hot water kettle for tea and coffee, which but overall, its an excellent hotel and affordable.

    It's being the worst experience I've ever had with hotels in my life so farThe room is much lower quality than expected. The mirror, bathroom floor, and table were dirty. There was old food inside the fridge!Most importantly, the hotel is not pet friendly! Stop saying you are! I brought my pet together for a business trip and I simply cannot leave the pet inside the room by itself. I checked their whole website and it's not mentioned anywhere. It means I cannot do anything outside the hotel that doesn't allow a pet.I have to go to the office, restaurant, and everything but I can't, because I cannot leave the pet in a place supposedly pet friendly.The charged me 12 euros a day because of the pet and I cannot do anything apart staying in the room with the pet.I made my stay with them just impossible. It was never mentioned before. After all, they denied my refund request, saying it's a non refundable cancellation. Of course it is not a reservation. How could I know in advance they have this policy if they don't make it explicit anywhere? It's a product that I bought and didn't work as promised! It's simple, you didn't make this policy explicit, and it was absolutely essential to meStay away from this terrible place!

    The room me and my friends had was disgusting.we found a muffin under the bed and blood stains on the bed spread and duvet. the curtains had stains on them and there was cigarette burns in the floor as well. when we looked in the bathroom it looked very nice, except for the fact that the bin was filled with used pads and tampons and the toilet paper dispenser didn't work. my bed was springy but everyone else's bed was fine. I wouldn't recommend eating the food there as it was horrible. the lettuce was rubbery, the cucumber was brown and the sweet corn tasted like vinegar. the chicken I had caused me to wake up with severe stomach pains. the next day I felt sick and it genuinely ruined it for me. when we went down for breakfast we were told that we had to eat everything that we took. we told the manager about the cupcake under the bed to which he assured us the cleaner would pick it up. it was still there the next day. This hotel is ok if your not going to be staying in it much (e.g only just to sleep) but I wouldn't recommend.

    So guys the furniture style was pretty outdated. Otherwise everything was great and my stay was good. Cooperative and lovely staff. The hotel is very near to Les Carolines Metro station and very well connected by bus as well. Multilingual staff.
