    About the Restaurant: very good!

    rating05 Jul 2019

I can only speak about the Restaurant and it was a very nice lunch. The service was very kind and professional. The food was delicious. The paella is highly recommended, also my vegetarian paella was a dream!Even in a hot day the terrace is recommendable due to the shadow, the ceiling ventilators and water mist they have nicely installed all around. We will come back for sure!

    It’s cheap but....

    rating15 Jun 2019

Have to say that broadly I agree with previous reviewers. It’s not a hotel but a hostel, probably not much difference, but it’s there. The reception staff really couldn’t do any less then they did and were very grudging with any help. No wifi info given. The room was actually okay and the bathroom was fine. We both slept well and it was comfortable enough and very clean. Parking is close by. Big plus was that it is dog friendly. The catering arrangements were shocking however. Firstly when we booked in we were told that due to party bookings in the main halls, i.e. a wedding and another event, there was no evening food or drink available. Despite seeing there were other restaurants in the immediate area, none were prepared to accept a walk in without a reservation. We ended up eating late night tapas in a bar just up the road from the hotel. At breakfast, we had to ask as the restaurant areas were still not open. We were directed to the scene of one of the previous nights parties. Not a problem in itself, other than they were sweeping up around us as we sat. The food was basic but acceptable with great orange juice and coffee. All in all, cannot recommend this place unless you HAVE to be in Beniparrell, or need somewhere cheap and quick just off the motorway, as we did.

I was there the third time for lunch with customer. Service is very professional and quick. The food especially the paella in all different variations are the awesomeness and best I ever had and this at all my business trips I’ve had. The quality never drops down.I’ve you get a chance go there eat paella. Greatz SFI

    Basic, but clean.

    rating11 Mar 2018

We booked this hotel as we wanted accommodation on the outskirts of Valencia city with easy access by car and free parking. It fitted the bill perfectly as far as those requirements were concerned. The hotel has a pleasant and clean entrance, but our initial impressions were thwarted by the receptionist, who, whilst not rude, had no interpersonal skills. She did her job, but we were left feeling rather like we were paying a utility bill in an office rather than being welcomed to a hotel. Not great. The room was clean and tidy and contained a fridge. The bathroom was also clean. The bath was small, but there was plenty of hot water. We weren't in the hotel during the day, as we spent the time in Valencia. We were made aware by the receptionist the the restaurant was closed that night, so we assumed after a long day in the city, we would dine in a nearby restaurant in Beniparrel. There was little choice of venue, so we drove to the next town and bought provisions from a supermarket to eat in our room. I had a good night's sleep...the beds were fine. We didn't take the option of breakfast, so checked out by eleven. The receptionist was as 'delightful' as ever on paying our bill and departing. I wouldn't stay here again, as there is so much else on offer in the region in locations with great cafes and restaurants nearby. You lived and learn!

Its OK - It is what it is - a small, very small hotel

    rating26 Feb 2017

Stayed there last week - not our normal hotel - it is a very dated hotel and could do with being modernised. It is in what can be best described as a commercial/industrial area. The rooms are extremely small, no good for people over 5' 4"!!!The place is clean, tidy, just very dated. The breakfast is pants, its a very basic Spanish style breakfast, the Spanish just can't do a proper breakfast - don't pay extra for breakfast its just not worth itThe staff are nice enough - no one speaks English though.Evening meal - surprisingly brilliant!!!Bar staff - OK - no speeky hingleesh, but one can manage.Wine selection - exceptional again defies the general hotel expectation.Price - great vale for moneyLocation pants. All in all - I can't overly recommend this hotel, but if you have to be in this area for business, then stay here, it has shortcomings but for what you pay - its pretty much an OK dealWould I stay again, probably yes but it would be a third choice scenario.Summary - good value for money, barely a three star - good food, good wine selection - pants breakfast
