    Disappointing and noisy

    I wish I’d read TA reviews before my partner booked.We stayed 5 nights because the price was competitive. The hotel is well located. However, we were concerned the moment we walked into our room. The room was very dated, probably last decorated in the 70’s (I’d love to see the room used in the header). There was one electrical socket by the door and one in the bathroom. The rooms do not have safes.It got worst from there. The soundproofing was pretty much non-existent. There was a constant low thudding noise most of the day and into the night that I was never able to work out what it was. Guests were noisy nd on one night the guests above were having such loud arguments that I seriously thought that someone was about to get hurt. The room that we left our luggage in on the last day was not secure, with guests allowed to enter unsupervised. I would not recommend this hotel

    Hotel is in a central location, walkable to many sights, and about 5 min walk from Zativa metro station, half an hr from airport. The rooms are compact and very basic, big enough just for a double bed, small table and chair. Unfortunately no amenities like a kettle. The most annoying part is that there’s no shower head hook on wall, handheld only with flimsy shower curtain. Continental breakfast is terrible, nothing seemed fresh or edible so only drank machine made coffee, not worth the €5 charged. Also, you have to leave the hotel key at the front desk, which is 24 hrs. Elevator is quite cold, not always reliable and can be slow.

    Terrible damp, noisy hotel!!

    Terrible damp hotel! The hotel smells damp when you walk in! Damp on walls in our room between the bedroom and bathroom, you can smell the damp whilst in bed. Noise all night from the street, single glazed windows. Friendly staff and the breakfast is value for money at 5 Euros. I would never stay again.

    Located close to the city centre and a ten minute walk to the Metro. Don’t expect splendour but the room was clean with bedding and towels changed daily. If your room is at the front or you’re a light sleeper take your ear plugs . There are plenty of tapas bars less than five minutes away.

    Good hotel that corresponds the Price. Very clean and tidy. Great location. Friendly staff both in reception and at breakfast. Breakfast a bit boring but the coffee was amazing. My best recommandations to those who does not prioritize luxury hotels
