Location

This hotel lies at the heart of Valencia close to the town hall square and the main train station as well as within 50 m of links to the public transport network. The nearest beach is just 4 km away and there are many shops, bars, pubs, restaurants and nightclubs to be found in the surrounding area (within 1 km of the hotel).

12 single rooms and 69 double rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby.     I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a location in central Valencia. Whilst it’s off a busy square the hotel surroundings were very quiet. All we heard were church bells in the early evening. We’d booked a small corner room but, when we checked in, were offered a bigger corner room with a terrace from which we could see the cathedral. For this we paid an additional 11 euros per night which we considered good value. The room benefited from large windows which made it light and airy. It was clean and comfortable with all the amenities expected. Check in and restaurant staff were all friendly and efficient. There was a good selection of food and drinks at breakfast. We chose the half board option and found the food offered on the special menu to be very good providing an interesting variety which was sufficient for our three night stay. I joined the Catalonia Rewards scheme so would certainly look for other hotels in the group to book in the future.     Very poor - very small room for family of 3 and the AIR Condition is not working !!!!!Not great at all - despite the good location the hotel is extremy old snd unpleasant!

    Excellent hotel recently renovated. Friendly staff, perfect location, super clean room. Join the free club- discounted room, free drink, free large bottle of water in the room!     My wonderful birthday celebration

    I always enjoy my stay at this hotel everytime I am in Valencia. It is in the middle of everything and we can walk anywhere. The Reception team is accomodating and are always happy to help. I celebrated my birthday here and I am glad I did. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wish you to be centrally located and well taken care of.     Pre Christmas visit

    Stayed here for a pre Christmas short visit to Valencia. Arrived early and couldnt check in but not a problem, left our cases & bags and went off to explore the city. Ideally based in the centre, within easy walking distance of all the sights. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. We did have a worry that the city would be affected by the terrible floods in Valencia earlier in the month and we were emailing the Hotel in the weeks before our stay to check if all ok which they assured us it was. Thankfully the centre of the city was not affected. Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fine and was continental but discovered on the first morning that you could order things like fresh omelettes which i had every morning and was lovely. The waiter (didnt get his name) was very friendly and made us welcome. When we were there, the was some building work going on with a new reception area so we had to enter the hotel by the bar entrance which was no problem.
