  Great family style apartment

  This was a great family style apartment that was well appointed. It was very clean and beds were comfortable. There isn’t a proper oven and only one small table with two chairs on the deck. It would have been nice to have a second table set outside for everyone to sit together. The location was great with attractions close by and walking distance to both old Valencia and the beach. The reception staff was cheerful and helpful. The rooftop pool was perfect for a dip…albeit cold as it’s not heated. A great stay!!   We had the pleasure of staying for 18 days in these luxurious Apartamentos Core Suites.The lovely apartment is a small, fully equipped unit with a small balcony, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms with showers. The kitchenette is equipped with dishes, a stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, Nespresso machine, etc.The staff is very friendly and attentive. Daily cleaning of the apartment, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and both bedrooms is standard.Line 19, right next to the hotel, runs every 10 to 15 minutes directly to the city center or the beach. A small Carrefour supermarket is 3 minutes from the hotel, a large Consum Market is 10 minutes away, and a huge El Corte Inglés department store or the Centro El Saler shopping center is 15 minutes away. Delicious bakeries like Dulce de Leche or Levaduramadre... Super trendy bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance. L'Hemisfèric and the beautiful park surrounding Valencia, the Turia River, are a 15-minute walk away.The hotel is located approximately three kilometers from the city center, across the park and then through the old town.   An excellent self catering apartment, with immaculate facilities and plenty of space, with 24 hour reception desk. 5 minutes walk to City of Arts and Sciences complex, and midway between the old town and the seaside (30 minutes walk). Highly recommended. Plenty of restaurants and shops on the doorstep.   For the price paid, parking should be included, especially considering that it is a difficult area to park in. When we informed reception that we were one person fewer, they should have adjusted the price and removed the extra bed, but they did not (we did not insist either, but I expected that level of attention to detail).The apartment lacks an oven; otherwise, the equipment is perfect, new, and complete. However, if we had stayed longer, there would not have been enough dishwashing soap. Having two bathrooms is excellent. There is only one trash bin, so waste separation is not possible.Everything was clean and in perfect condition. The televisions (there are two) are not smart TVs.It is very close to the City of Arts and Sciences and the Oceanogràfic, with plenty of restaurants nearby.There is limited storage space in the kitchen, although the refrigerator is large and there is ample space for clothing.The reception staff are very friendly and speak excellent English and Spanish, but not Catalan/Valencian (for me is always disappointing). En el seu cas, hauria d’haver contactat amb Booking per poder efectuar els canvis oportunos abans de la seua arribada a l’establiment.Respecte a l’equipament de la cuina, lamentem que l’absència de forn haja sigut un inconvenient per a vosté. Per a una propera ocasió, tinga en compte que sempre pot sol·licitar més líquid per al rentavaixelles a recepció, en cas de necessitar-ho.Prenem nota de la seua observació sobre els televisors, però ens agradaria aclarir que disposen de Chromecast integrat, de manera que pot connectar Netflix o YouTube sempre que vulga. Quant a l’idioma del personal, ens complau informar-li que també disposem de personal que parla valencià.Agraïm sincerament els seus comentaris, que ens ajuden a continuar perfeccionant les nostres instal·lacions i serveis.   We had a great stay at Core Suites. Perfectly located near the City of Arts and Sciences and close to public transport, in a lovely neighborhood. The apartment was spotless and exceptionally clean, spacious, and very well equipped. The staff were excellent and welcoming. We would definitely come back when in Valencia.
