    Probably the worst hotel ever stayed in

    Just awful, location is good that's it. Everything is tired (how much does it cost to replace a chair?) or just doesn't work (heating). Upstairs noise when in room 301 is unbelievable and it seems consistent when you read other reviews that mention the bedroom with the concrete bath in the bedroom. There is much better to find in Valencia even if you are on a budget. If you do go suggest reject room 301.

    Was here on a short holiday trip. Location is great, in the middle of town, no traffic noises and loads of good restaurants close by. Room was small but well equipped and clean, WiFi worked well and bathroom was also very nice. Only negative thing, there was no hairdryer available so we had to buy one. TV channels are more than sufficient. Great to stay and discover Valencia.

    The location is very central, which was excellent. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, and were happy to hold onto our bags for no charge until we picked them up in the evening after checking out. Unfortunately the bed was quite uncomfortable, and the fact that there was no door between the bedroom and the bathroom (just a curtain) is crazy. Still, for the price and location, it's not a bad choice of hotel for central Valencia.

    we arrived yesterday on 5/11 for an overnight stay.On the night of 6/11 we wake up with a set of hours around two o'clock of a person's locking up to our room! To our luck we locked the door to the taressen and let the key sit in the door. I jump up and knock on the window while holding the key and the man outside says something about a taxi. I do not close an eye for the rest of the night in fear and scare.In the morning, I and my mother get up, pack our things and leave the hotel before 07:00 just to get home.To my surprise, I can recognize the man who accepts our key!what happens? what should he do in our room at 2 o'clock and try to lock himself in ?????completely unacceptable !!!!
