    Good central location and good price, but that's about it.

    We checked in with no problems, close to 10 pm. Cosy, narrow street with nice, traditional architecture. The apartment, while it has a nice layout, is furnished with cheap furniture and feels cramped. With the two beds in the second room there was barely enough room to move around. The doors from the wardrobe hit the bed when opened. Master bedroom is ok, but the single long pillow is very annoying for two people. Thin mattresses, big red bugs in the kitchen (at least), no hand soap in the bathroom, very dusty floors. On two out of four nights we were waken up several times a night by laughs and shouts on the street. Could work for a group of friends, but not recommended for couples.

    In Valence for 2 nights we have booked that appartement and what a good surprise ! Clean well located good price for good quality. Thank you Laura who has been very helpful and réactive.I will recommand that place.

    Excellent location, although when you haven’t for your bearings at first you are wondering where you are!Just 5 min walk from Central Market. Taxi’s passing by the front door regularly.Check in was simple and uncomplicated. Very nicely greeted. 2 bedroom apartment was spacious enough and facilities sufficient for our 10 day stay. Cleaned well with extra bedding. Washing machine with washing line on sunny balcony so easy to dry washing. Very quiet at night and early morning despite the number of restaurants on neighbouring streets. Safe and secure entry. Out apartment was on the 4th floor. Elevator available.Nothing to fault for a very affordable holiday stay.

    Nightmare stay! There were bedbugs in the apartment!!! Horrible!

    There were bedbugs in the room. We had been bitten by the bedbugs hundreds of times leaving us red rashes all over the arms and legs, even on the face. We had unbearable itchiness and the marks and scars took months to recover. We tried many times to contact them to claim compensation, the hotel completely ignored!!! They didn't answer the phone or replied emails.

    Unable to check in until 4pm and they were not impressed that we wanted to leave our luggage. Walked around for 5hrs not happy to be informed on return that our appointment is another 5mins away. The lanes/roads are not appealing with graffiti everywhere, but the appartment was clean and comfortable. Just minutes from downtown with plenty to see, places to eat and shops. Overall loved Valencia.
