This residential complex is situated in La Eliana, a quiet, peaceful location perfect for spending a relaxing holiday in unique surroundings while still within easy reach of the city of Valencia. This complex is the ideal choice as a base from which to explore the area. Close by guests will also find a variety of leisure and sporting activities and of course Valencia's wonderful beaches. Facility

Guests have a choice of 8 villas/houses. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine.     We stayed help just to sleep. We arrived at 10 PM & left at 8 AM. We stayed on a Tuesday night. The person at the desk was very welcoming. The room was quiet and comfortable. The hotel is a bit dated but clean. The beds were very firm. The breakfast was your standard items. Hot waffles and biscuits/gravy. In the refrigerator was milk, OJ, yogurt, eggs, sausage & bacon. Coffee was very watered down. The gal at the desk when we left was friendly. We would stay here again.

    We were unsure what we would be getting for the reasonable $77 it was for a night away in Sioux City in February. This place is excellent! Very pleasantly surprised! Sandy at the front desk was a wonderful first encounter as we checked in, and upgraded our room, just because it was an available room and we had traveled a significant distance. Upon getting to our room, a "business suite," we were very impressed. Very clean room with wood/laminate floors, a living area with a sofa bed, wet bar type sink, full refrigerator and a mini frig, microwave, two desks (one in living area, one in bedroom) comfortable chair in the bedroom area. Lots of TV channels, very comfortable king bed with soft pillows, two windows for lots of natural light and also plenty of lamps around the room. I especially appreciated relaxing in the jetted bathtub! Room was quiet, even across from the elevator on the 3rd floor. Got a good nights sleep when we returned from the event we attended at the Tyson Arena, which was just minutes away. Place is in a good location near interstate, ballpark, restaurants and shopping. Breakfast appeared to be OK: hard boiled eggs, milk & oj in frig, waffle maker, english muffins, looked like there had been biscuits and gravy but was empty by 8:30 am, pre-cooked bacon and sausage patties in ziplock bags in the frig to heat in microwave, but no hot eggs available. It was busy when we went down to breakfast and only one microwave for all this "heat and eat stuff" so we chose not to partake in the breakfast and went to the nearby McDonald's instead. But that wouldn't keep us from coming back or having the breakfast there another time, we just went down at a not so great time. They say they are remodeling the former pool area into a new breakfast area, so we shall see what that brings in the future. Overall, a wonderful stay and all positive encounters. If we are ever back in Sioux City, New Victorian will be the first place we consider staying!     Nicely priced. The room was clean and quiet. We spent one night and were able to rest well. The breakfast attendant very pleasant and attentive to keeping up with hot food, coffee,and cleaning the counters and tables. Good location in south Ogdon.     Excellent 64 room hotel near KFC, Culvers & WMT Supercenter.

    My wife and I stayed 1 night, arriving before 3PM to a welcoming receptionist who checked my ID, processed my payment while I filled out a liability paper, then presented the key cards to an upgraded suite. We took the elevator to the 3rd floor.Room #316 was wood floored, clean with a couch area with kitchenette(medium & full sized refrigerators), medium sized TV, then a desk & chair, clothes bar, easy chair, very comfortable king and large TV. Large window views over Toyota to distant Walmart.The fully outfitted bathroom had a tub/shower fan and heat lamp. The TV’s had a hotel guide with 50+ channels(CNBC, CNN, ESPN, HGTV, MSNBC, networks, etc).Good secure wifi, ample outlets, good lighting and under window AC/heat. The 5AM breakfast was good and kept clean: OJ, bananas/madarians, kids cereals, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, waffles, bagels, English muffin and coffee.     No pool!

    NO POOL they completely closed it according to front desk. We Booked because it said pool 24 hours. Tv only had a few channels that worked-reason for lower stars. The rest of hotel is nice ac worked, clean room had vending machines the front office lady was nice. Close to everything the location couldn’t be any better. We have closed the pool to renovated into a future breakfast area. We have also updated our tv provider to Direct TV to offer more channels!
