Location

The hotel is located near the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias (City of Arts and Sciences) in Valencia on the main transport route linking the historical centre with the port and the beaches. Valencia Airport is some 20 km away and Alicante El Altet Airport is about 180 km away.

    Otel generally ok we were happy until when we go to breakfast because staff of restaurant was very rude I just want to know where is hot water ,l asked man but he became very angry and l lost my aptitude

    A great hotel in the heart of Valencia, ideally situated within walking distance of the science museum and Oceanografic. The hotel itself was beautifully clean and the staff really nice and helpful. For a city centre hotel, the price was very reasonable. We also ate in the restaurant a couple of times and found the food and drinks quite reasonably priced too. The only reason I haven’t given the hotel 5 stars was because the description stated that there were tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms, when in fact there were only herbal teas and a kettle. When we asked at reception for coffee and milk, we were advised that that was not something they provided, therefore I feel the description was a little misleading. Had we known this, we would have brought our own! Aside from that though, the hotel was fab!

    Great hotel nice big room and big bathroom. Very clean. All the staff were very polite, professional and friendly. Excellent restaurant with great maitre d and all the staff. Food great. Wine excellent too. And reasonable price. 10 minutes walk to nearest metro. Thank you.

    This is a real 4-star hotel. The advantages are a large room, a large bathroom, a large bed and quiet comfort, a very powerful refrigerator, but without a freezer. Most of the stuff was kind and helpful. Cons - there are no balconies in the rooms, there is no place to dry clothes and towels after the beach. Everything was semi-dry, and the bathroom was full of sand and water. The towels were old and looked shabby. To feel cozy and relaxed, you need a little decor.

    My issue with the Eurostars Acteon the one night we spent there centers on the breakfast the next morning. When you're on a tour, you have a set schedule. So, you plan your wakeup time, breakfast and such so that you can be at the bus when it's time to leave.We were given a specific time to show up for breakfast and I think it was right when the restaurant opened and thank goodness we were in one of the first time slots. We only waited 5-10 minutes to be seated but, by the time we left, there was literally a line out the door. Apparently, they had multiple tour groups staying there and didn't give any thought to whether they'd be able to handle the numbers for breakfast. There weren't enough people working to clear tables, people were waiting for glasses and tableware to be washed, etc... Just a disaster and the only reason can be incompetent management. Other than that, the room was fine. Clean and enough space. The Wi-Fi reception wasn't good but the biggest issue was the breakfast service. Just a cluster...
