    Missing Item – Tracking Does Not Match Hotel Explanation

    An Apple Watch was left at this hotel and is now actively tracking to a residential address nearby, not the hotel.We contacted the hotel and were told it was “likely at a laundromat,” which does not match the actual tracked location.A police report has already been filed.We are still waiting for a clear explanation of how the item left the hotel and where it actually is.Very concerning situation.

    Very bad customer service in the beginning. Rude receptionist checked us in,as we entered the room we noticed moult,dirt and various stains on the walls,and blood on the “fresh” bed sheets,as well as multiple holes in the bathtub,when reporting our issue to reception we provided photos and videos of the matter and she brushed it away and didn’t want to see them,she was also very rude,said the only thing she could do was give us new bedsheets,very unsatisfied with our stay here

    The hotel itself is average. The rooms are very dated and a little shabby, but breakfast is ok. The worst point of the hotel is location. It's really, really far from the centre of Valencia. There is no public transport at all, of any kind, so only taxi to get to the city and back. Be prepared to up your budget by an extra €40 a day at leastNot recommend this hotel at all. Don't waste money and time, which are essential during your holiday.

    It's a disaster

    The hotel is a disaster in every sense. The room is dirty, smells of mould, and the mattress has dents as if it has been used for decades. Additionally, there are no curtains, so all the light from the road has been streaming in all night. It’s impossible to get any rest. And at 4 a.m., groups of people were shouting in the corridors, with no staff at reception. The situation was extremely uncomfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was just as bad. I don't understand how anyone could consider this place a valid option for accommodation.

    The staff here were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, but the hotel is dated, in need of a face lift and not as well situated as it suggests. The bar is practically non existent… one gin, one vodka, one rum… need I go on? If you want to go anywhere, you can’t safely go on foot… drive or get a taxi. There are no restaurants nearby… only fast food outlets. The rooms are very dated and a little shabby. There is no bar fridge or safe. Personally I feel this should be 2 star, not 3. The ‘bar’ area is so unwelcoming that we walked to Fosters Hollywood through the adjoining gate which we only found by mistake! Like I said, the staff were lovely and deserve praise but otherwise…
