  Functional aparthotel

  Located in a quiet residential area, the aparthotel is 7-8 mins walk from the bus stop and about 15 mins from the lake. We reached late and were provided instructions to locate a key safe at the back of the building. It was a bit challenging to find but was guided to it by another resident. The room was pretty dated although it has been spruced up with some modern furniture. There was a private balcony facing the street.It had all the amenities and the sofa bed worked well for a family of four. The breakfast option is available but we didn’t take up on it as the centre is a few mins walk away. On days that there is farmers market you can get fresh produce from there. The staff at reception are brilliant. Very welcoming and highly engaging. All in all a decent stay at the place at a fraction of a price for what we would have paid in Geneva. Good base for exploring the region and for a quick entry into Geneva and getting the train to other places.

  The residence is in a very nice location near the lake and perfect for morning jogging. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the place looks old. My room had a bad smell which went away after opening the windows. Good value for money.

  The kitchen countertop was deteriorating some, and cookware has seen better days, but I would stay again anytime. The staff is sincerely friendly and helpful and everything is kept clean. Sure, some renovation would be nice, but when that happens the price should definitely be higher! Right now it is brilliant value for money in Divonne les Bains and the Geneva area.   Very good value for money

  Very interesting space, very well located for access to Switzerland. Well equipped for the amount of people that can accommodate. The heating worked well. The hob, on the other hand, needs to be replaced as it heats up very badly. I would have liked to have access to channels other than the French.In summary, a very good space that needs some care to be excellent.   Needs renovation.

  The rooms are only partially renovated and the kitchenette/bathrooms need a renovation. We had 2 bedrooms, one was in a considerably better condition than the other. There was a bad smell in the room (mold).
