    Well unfortunately we were passing thur on a slippery bridge and spun out into a bad car accident. Mack And Richard were very helpful the entire time there even tho the heat didn’t work well we kinda froze all night an woke up to our heater frozen but it was a safe spot for us to lay our heads it was clean but definitely bath tub and carpet n windows could be repaired but other than that Mack and Richard really made our stay comfortable.

    I traveled to this location for business. I typically stay at Hampton Inns. The staff was friendly upon arrival. The room was dated. Bed linens were frayed. Toilet would only flush if you held the lever down. The shower was a complete disaster. Water wouldn’t drain. The porcelain was missing in the middle of the tub. And while i attempted to shower, pieces began to float in the standing water. You can see the pieces in the photos. Worst shower experience ever. Breakfast was fine. Morning staff was friendly. This place needs some attention to detail and upgrades as it relates to the bathrooms.

    Simply Not A Fantastic Hampton Property

    As a diamond member year after year, I have hundreds of Hampton experiences. I am simply leaving a review to aid future guests in knowing this Hampton is adequate, but it is certainly below the typical standards of a Hampton Inn. It is not major, just the reality of little subtle things. The lobby does not play music, it plays the "on hold recording" for phone calls. The hospitality person told me it has played this for years and no one fixes it. My TV did not work, was pulled out from the wall, and some of the wires were disconnected. There was a significant rip in the carpet in my room. The desk in the room had damage to it. The bathtub had chips and the tile grout is coming off. There were ripped sections of wall paper. All in all, it is one of those times when you see all these little things, it draws questions about intentionality, cleanliness, etc. And yes, I made a staff member aware of all these things. No response. So, yes, this is a 2-star Hampton. Not the worst, but in desperate need of a refresh and new intentionality to the Hampton brand.

    My daughter and I stayed here on our way home from Tennessee. When we got there, I got the weirdest vibe. We did digital check in. The door to our room was stuck on the bottom so had to push really hard. This morning at 7:15 someone tried to get into our room. I knew it wasnt housekeeping because checkout wasnt until 11. Thankfully I had the deadbolt and the flip lock engaged because the actual handle turned. I tried calling the front desk 3 times with no answer. I woke my daughter and we booked it out of there. I hardly slept because something just felt off the entire time we were there (less than 12 hours).

    The staff was amazing and the room was clean. My stay was amazing and I would definitely recommend the Hampton to anyone. The breakfast was also amazing and so was the customer service. The cleanliness was also another thing I appreciated along with the clean linen
