    Almost a great stay !

    We left our car in the free carpark next to the hotel, then entered it through a designated door to the reception area. The guy there was very efficient, friendly and helpful ! The room was very good, with a big comfy bed, a clean bathroom, TV, mini fridge, and a safe. Also no noises heard from rooms near to ours, a great plus ! All very good so far...but...!Breakfast was included in the price, and have to say was a little disappointing ! The coffee had a strange taste and there was only one choice of small bread roll for toasting (not nice either) ! Also no bananas or apples at breakfast. There was a gym and heath spa to use, but we were limited on time so couldn't try them !Apart from the breakfast issues, the hotel was very good, and in a great location next to a commercial centre.Hopefully the breakfast disappointment was a one off, as I will stay there again when passing through Valencia again !!

    A good option right outside of Valencia on our way to the south

    Very convenient location for us: right outside of Valencia city, close to the highway and on the way to the south.There is a very convenient and free underground carpark on site.The room was quite spacious and comfortable with a good ensuite bathroom.Breakfast was OK with a rather good selection of options.We found a limited number of restaurants in the close proximity.Overall, we were happy with our choice of hotel for our overnight stay.

    Was a nice stay, staff were very helpful for checking me in early and very quite in the evening so had a really good sleep beds were very comfortable. I didn’t eat food at the hotel but are lots of places local to get all types of food. The only thing was that Paul was freezing cold and you had to wait an hour for the sauna to warm up before you could use it.

    Hotel albufara booked double but got singles and couldn’t change us. safe wouldn’t lock but was fixed. Door on wardrobe was awkward and wouldn’t open without hard and awkward shoving, so had to either leave open, which was awkward as it was right next to door to room, or not use that side of wardrobe, it was reported twice but not fixed. No tea or coffee facilities. Adjacent to motorway there is noise if the window is shut but not too bad although the view isn’t the best. Sat within a commercial area of big industrial units and big single shops. There are plenty of fast food places around that are open all day but for restaurants you have to wait till 8-8.30pm for them to open. It’s a 20 minute drive into Valencia. Plenty of Car parking but is tight as seems to be the way in Spain. Breakfast is a basic and busy affair if the hotel is full. The pool isn’t big enough for lengths and the setting was a bit off putting. This isn’t a hotel I want to return to and would choose a more central hotel next time.

    Beautiful modern hotel in commercial centre with many restaurants and shopping malls. Bus to the city centre is really easy. Also a short drive to the beach. Extremely comfortable well maintained rooms. Free parking underneath the hotel. Staff lovely only thing that lets this hotel down is the breakfast although it had improved from our last trip and the restaurant has been extended.
