    booking.com FALSE TWIN ROOM DESCRIPTION!! - no terrace, no balcony, no view--> the twin room in this hotel has absolutely no balcony, nor terrace and the view is a inner courtyard filled with noisy A/C machines--> the twin room has a sliding window (without insect protection or secure closing... and another small one in the bathroom)- most welcoming hotel staff (reception, breakfast, cleaning)- delicious coffee, freshly made by the breakfast staff- free parking on streets all around the hotel- free city-map, tourist brochures available in the lobby area- 2 elevators, building has 5 floors- overall good location of the hotel in a quiet&nice neighbourhood (close to transportation - bus and train), building and rooms are clean&maintained

    If you ask to book with a smartbox there is no availabiility, if you ask to book normally there are a lot of rooms available.I tryed to book months before, but nothing changed. This is not honest at all.     Stayed her as part of the Shearings Classic Tour of Spain. Found the rooms rather noisy as due to the plumbing arrangements you hear various baths, showers, toilets being flushed at various times (day and night). The room I stayed in looked a bit tired and the bathroom had various bodge repairs to the tiles, ceilings and finishes. Would I stay here again - probably not - guy behind the bar did his best not to serve me for the best part of 10 minutes - whilst he cleaned glasses, stacked them away and disappeared in to the kitchen. Couple at the end of the bar could not believe it. If you have large tour party in - then please staff accordingly and don't treat us like second class citizens.

    Stayed here for one night as part of the Shearings Classic Spain tour. Best to leave review as wouldn't go back. Indifferent room/staff & food in a back street location. Cocky waiter tried to get us to part with 30 euros for a bottle of rioja. Whole visit best described as underwhelming.

    So the hotel is lovely... rooms are well decorated and plenty of room so your not under each others feet, shower was amazing powerful and felt clean not like a trickle you get most places. The view wasnt great tbh but was only somewhere to sleep i guess... so we thought. Well the hotel is in middle of no where the town seems deserted. First night couldnt find any where to eat he gad no long since landed we ended up finding a takeaway. 2nd night go ready to go out googled a place to go eat walked there was closed even though said on google was open. Found another same again closed... for our 2nd night we found a cafe and ended up eating a danish for our teas! Ended up back at the pizza takeaway again. Very limited english which i know is not there issue we are coming into there country after all. The hotel is close to tram/train station only 1 stop away cost €4.10 adult return to go into valencia and the place is so beautiful. I wouldnt say the hotel or the place is good for english tbh or if your wanting to go for a nice meal every night... the 3 stars are mainly for the hotel tbh taken 2 off because the the area its in.
