    We stopped for drinks and stayed for lunch. The waitress was so friendly and accommodating. She really helped us and educated us about paella!! The food was delicious and the service and price perfect.

    Terrible experience - looked nice but they forgot our food order and brought out my partners 20 minutes before mine - so we didn’t even get to eat together. Didn’t even apologise for the terrible service - even had the cheek to add a service charge for the awful service and didn’t acknowledge they’d given terrible restaurant service. To top it all off, a woman on the table next to us started choking on her food and had to be taken away in an ambulance. AVOID.

    I loved the room and the breakfast in this small hotel with a special location. It was convenient to have the restaurant downstairs. I don't understand the reviews about the staff. I found them polite, friendly and efficient. Elizabeth was especially helpful. The room was compact and well decorated with good bathroom, bed linens, fridge and safe plus tea/coffee/water and a gift from the hotel. The view from the small balcony was my favourite. Of course there was a little noise because you are in the narrow streets of the old city where businesses, visitors and residents have to live, work and enjoy themselves. Everything is a very short distance. Coming from the airport, the metro station is 10 mins easy walk away. I hope to return some day.

    we went as a family of four for a meal. one meal arrived 25 minutes before the other three even though we did ask if we could please be sorted so we ate together it was a family affair!! the waitress was so rude she was such a let down for the company. we never got asked for more drinks and when eventually we did we didnt get all drinks but charged for all of them. i did complain to the male waiter for the terrible service we received but all he could do was say sorry!! not worth the money and definitely not worth the aweful experience.
