  Very good hotel on great location

  Rooms are clean and well equiped. Staff is polite and helpfull. For breakfast they serve great variaty of fresh food you can choose including fruit. I recommend this hotel also beacause it is on atractive location, only couple hundreds meters away from City of Arts and Sciences and Turia park.

  Reception: Excellent team with exceptional customer service. They speak more than one language, which allows them to offer a more personalized guest experience.Rooms: Clean, spacious, and comfortable. Room service is A+, very attentive and accessible to guests.Food: Excellent buffet. Wide variety of dishes and menu options. Good hours. The waitstaff team always gives their best for the guests. Delicious coffee.Cleanliness: 100% clean.Hotel: Excellent location and direct access to the mall and dining areas with convenient hours.Price: Affordable.Overall, a five-star hotel.The overall atmosphere is excellent for the whole family.   Traveled with a group of parents, music teachers, and teenage musicians and we were made to feel very unwelcome in this hotel. The worst part was when a group of the kids was stuck in an elevator for nearly an hour. They called for help repeatedly from the elevator (one of them speaks fluent Spanish) and were not taken seriously. The people answering the phone were dismissive and rude and did not indicate they were in any way concerned about the kids' safety. When someone finally came to help, they blamed the kids for supposedly putting too many people in the elevator. There was a rated capacity of 12 people on the elevator certificate. Someone from the hotel then put a sign over the certificate saying that the capacity was four people instead of 12. No one apologized or showed even basic kindness regarding this situation. In addition, the bed was very uncomfortable. Finally, the restaurant/ bar on the top floor was unfriendly, slow, and overpriced.

  Friendly and helpful staff, great location, clean – but not quiet

  Very happy with most aspects of this hotel, especially the staff, nearly all of whom were very friendly and helpful. David in the ninth floor bar/restaurant, in particular, was fantastic – welcoming, helpful, and not at all fazed by my limited Spanish. He even remembered my order after only one visit! All that said, I'm not sure I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who needs peace and quiet. The rooms have quite thin walls and doors with large gaps underneath them, so most sounds from the corridors and surrounding rooms can be clearly heard. I was particularly unlucky with the other guests on my corridor, who were shouting at each other and slamming doors from dawn to dusk, and the cleaners seemed to enjoy slamming the vacuum cleaner against the wall of the neighbouring rooms. Thankfully, the reception staff were kind enough to move me to a room on a different floor after my first night, so the neighbour issue at least got resolved. With a little attention to the noise level in the rooms, this place would be an easy one to recommend.   I stayed there for 3 nights. My room was very nice and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The only issue I had was that other guests on my floor were slamming the doors and making a terrible noise. Also it would be nice if there was a small fridge in the room. The public transportation was too far from the hotel. I had to take Uber on quite a few occasions because the bus took about an hour to get to the center vs 15 minutes in a car.
