Location

This hotel is located directly by the City of Arts and Sciences, right opposite a large shopping centre with cinemas, a bowling alley, restaurants and shops as well as Valencia harbour. The nearest public transport can be found about 50 m away, and from here it is about 2 km to the city centre (5 min). The town beach is about 1.5 km from the hotel, while Valencia Airport lies approximately 15 km outside the city centre.

Facility

The hotel has 8 single rooms and 176 double rooms, which are located on 21 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     Terrible hotel. No coffee or kleenex in room. Front desk said for coffee you have to pay $18 for buffet breakfast. Reception desk seemed like they were doing you a favor offering the little help they provided.Light bulbs were out in the room as well as an outlet that didn't work. Bathtub/shower was extremely slippery - needed flip flops to stay safe.One of the toilet flush knobs didn't work, elevator button didn't work. Very bare bones except for the price. Would never stay at an Ilunion hotel again.

    Great hotel, perfect location for rest, walks, shopping and exploring the near by places.Helpful staff. The breakfast was versatile . The breakfast guy was friendly and greeting us every morning with a smile. You can access the shopping centre from the hotel. El Corte Ingles store just opposite the road. Good links to València centre.

    Nice staff, apart from that a 2 star hotel, nothing else. Breakfast was shameful! Management should see a course in hospitality and learn how to serve fresh breakfast. Bread was several day old, cheap ingredients etc…

    CANCELED my booking for the Valencia Marathon

    I booked Hotel ILUNION Aqua 4 through stayforlong.com nearly a year ago at a great price for the high-demand Valencia Marathon weekend. They just canceled my booking, claiming "overbooked," but the same hotel rooms are currently available on other sites for much higher prices. This is highly dishonest and clearly an attempt to profit from high season demand. Avoid at all costs.
