The hotel is set in a wonderful location, just a few metres from the City of Arts and Sciences, as well as just a short walk from Valencia’s Old Town and the city’s beaches. Public transport can be found 100 m away from the hotel and there is a selection of bars and restaurants just a short walk away. Valenica Aiport is only 15 km away.

Facility

The hotel has 28 suites, 7 single rooms and 70 double rooms, which are located on 8 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     Old fashioned badly requiring a complete facelift.

    Located about 10/20 taxi from the main old town. Some taxis taking the scenic route to bump up the fare ! A drab dark reception area badly needs attention to make it more appealing. Some bedrooms only have baths apparently no showers.No bar/cafe amenities through the day - only opens at 6.30 ! Absurd. So go out for a coffee - no where that close ! Expensive outdated & incredible how they are as busy.

    Very nice hotel, normal services, good breakfast, excellent location, but the management is not very kind. Before our visit I send one very polite e-mal with only one question: are in the hotel possibility to use hotel restaurant and lounge bar on 31 December at night. I didn't received any answer, and because of that I made reservation for one small restaurant nearby. On 31 December at night, when we go out, I saw a lot of people which go to the hotel restaurant...

    We had a nice enough double room with a terrace overlooking the road and the Opera House in the distance. The hotel is in a great location, metro station nearby and bus stops outside hotel. There was never much of a welcome from the disinterested reception staff but they did answer any queries we had during our weeks stay.We picked this hotel because it had a pool and we looked forward to relaxing by the pool after a day of sightseeing. BIG mistake! We found it to be like a kindergarten in the afternoons with no available sunbeds and kids everywhere though none appeared to be staying in the hotel. Never encountered this before anywhere. You couldn't even swim before 11 am, why not?The room itself was comfortable, AC worked okay, but the general soundproofing was non existent. On one night we were awakened at 1.45 by a guest in the room opposite shouting and running about shrieking outside our room for ages. Disturbed most nights by other guests in the corridor.On a happier note the breakfast provided was excellent and the girls who worked here were constantly replenishing the food. A great selection of fresh fruit and juices, the delicious Lemon Tart a must every morning! Coffee too was perfect, Cava a nice touch, and there were so many other foods to enjoy.I sadly wouldn't recommend the hotel to friends because of the poor sleep quality and the over-busy pool, shame.

    Nice hotel, nice rooms with really good breakfast - but hotel has a peculiar policy re use of pool. Despite it not being anywhere near big enough for guests - the hotel sells entrance to the pool to non residents. Crazy! Like ants when we arrived! When I asked why the hotel blandly replied “it’s not our pool, it belongs to the college”. Not good enough and not advertised by the hotel. Made the task of getting a bed almost impossible. Not good when one of main reasons for booking the hotel was access to a pool. Lifeguards also a bit dacronian in enforcing their rules - no chairs on grass, no eating the cafe meals on sunbeds, no replacement of towels, no balls in pool - thankfully they did allow people to swim! Otherwise only gripe is advertised breakfast times which are wrong on posters in lifts. We only found out on our last morning when we needed an early breakfast only to find out they didn’t open until 30 mins later than the poster said. No mention of the fact either by reception when we booking our taxi with them the night before - a heads up then would have been useful but would require initiative

    Hotel swimming pool is for locals inclusive! Please be aware that it’s a shared swimming pool. Hotel location to the city centre 20mns walk mostly flat.Near to supermarkets, coffee and convenience shops if needed.Receptionist was friendly at arrival. Bar service at night time was brutal
