    Great location in the old part of the city. Great base for walking round Valencia. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Would definitely stay there again when in Valencia.     I have no words to describe my wonderful experience at this gorgeous hotel!!! The hotel itself is breathtaking - the exterior, the interior, and the absolutely beautiful room/bathroom. But what made my stay most special was the staff. The professionalism, genuine warmth and kindness of Gabriel, Andres and Adrian were beyond. I was made to feel at home, and they are truly one of the reasons I fell in love with beautiful Valencia. I will be back, and will be happy to stay at my new home away from home in Valencia.     A truly exceptional hotel- gorgeous rooms, unbeatable location and wonderful food but the real highlight were the staff, Andreas particularly. The only problem is that the hotel is so nice you won’t want to leave and explore the city!     Surpassed all expectations

    From the moment of our early arrival, the staff of this lovely hotel always made this feel very much a 5 star stay. There was a couple of guests ahead of us at reception so we were brought a complimentary glass of cava while we waited. The room wasn’t yet available (totally fair enough as arrival was midday and it had been a big festival so no doubt fully booked the night before) but we were assured a text when ready and they’d have our bags waiting in our room so we could head straight out. Even though I could only stretch to a room classified as small double it had king size bed and way surpassed many superior doubles I have stayed in elsewhere. Always greeted with a smile and when we tried to settle the drink on the terrace after we’d checked out, they waived that too and offered us a bottle of water each for our journey to the airport. Super super staff - MYR (the grp that owns) should be very proud as feels at all times like a fabulous boutique Independant. The terrace also sets this apart at overlooks the cathedral and square and the rooftops of the old town - amazing. Stay - you won’t regret it.     Worst Hotel Stay Ever

    We were looking forward to staying at this highly rated hotel, booked its "Presidential Suite" for a 4 night stay and checked out after the first night. The only category this property deserves a 5 star rating in is ripping off guests. Knowing the "Fallas" festival was on, I emailed the hotel in advance and they assured me we would be able to get a taxi at the train station. When we arrived the taxi drivers refused to take us to the hotel because of "Fallas". We were stranded and when calling the hotel for assistance nobody answered the phone.The "suite" (just a large room) was on the 2nd floor, overlooking a crowded square where you could hear every word of conversation from the people outside; there was zero privacy and no sound insulation. I am talking about normal conversational levels, anyone staying will have issues with noise 365 days a year. "Fallas" seems to revolve around locals setting off dynamite sized firecrackers until 6am, do not visit the city during this time. Drunken teens could be seen urinating in public a few feet from our window; this area has no class and is not upscale in any way.All evening it was like being in Tehran the first day of the war, with endless noise, magnified by the ridiculous lack of soundproofing. There were more issues: the HVAC didn't work, the blackout shades did not close all the way and the maid walked in at 856 am, 1 second after knocking on the door. "Room Service" (which is advertised as being 24 hours) is not. I could go on, but do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else, this property is shameful and a horrible way to introduce yourself to Valencia. It is very disappointing to know that your visit did not meet your expectations nor the service standards that we are committed to providing to all our guests.During the Fallas celebrations, the city experiences one of the most intense and emblematic periods of the year. The streets in the historic center, where our hotel is located, are subject to numerous traffic restrictions and road closures due to official events and the large number of visitors. While our team always aims to inform and assist guests in planning their arrival, we truly regret the difficulties you encountered when arriving from the train station.Regarding the taxi, we would like to clarify that our team informed you in advance that around 14:30 it would normally be possible to obtain one without difficulty. However, your arrival took place at approximately 14:00, which coincides with one of the main daily events of the Fallas celebrations. At that time, a significant part of the city center is closed to traffic, which can make access for taxis extremely complicated. This situation differs considerably from other times of the day.Furthermore, as discussed with you on the day of your arrival, our reception team attempted to answer your calls on several occasions. In some instances, the call was disconnected immediately after we answered. For this reason, our team proceeded to return the call from the front desk in order to assist you as promptly as possible.With regard to the exterior noise, it is true that during Fallas the city remains active until the early hours of the morning due to the traditional celebrations, fireworks and public festivities taking place throughout the city. We understand that this environment may be unexpected for visitors who are not familiar with this important Valencian tradition, and we sincerely regret that it affected your rest to such an extent.We also regret the inconveniences you mention concerning the air conditioning, the blackout curtains and the entry of our housekeeping staff. These circumstances do not reflect our usual service procedures, and the matter will be reviewed internally in order to prevent similar situations from occurring in the future.Regarding the taxi arranged at the time of your departure, our team organized the transfer as requested. In addition, our staff offered on several occasions to personally accompany you to your new hotel in order to help you avoid possible street closures related to the Fallas celebrations and ensure a smoother arrival at your destination. However, this offer was respectfully declined.We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us, as it allows us to review our procedures and continue striving for improvement.
