    A great hotel in a fantastic location. Easy to explore the old town with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and well equipped. The only slight niggle was the pillows were a very hard so we slept without but this would not put us off going back to stay there. Very clean too.

    Great location def best area to stay in. Staff were very friendly and certainly helpful. Loads of bars restaurant nearby. Shops within walking distance. Would definitely return.. We had lovely room with hot tub very quiet beds v comfy. Couldn't hear noise outside.

    Great location! Easy walk to plazas, central market, barrio el Carmen, Valencia cathedral, gelato, restaurants, shopping and lots of entertainment. This was a perfect place as a family of 4. We daily walked back to our room to escape the heat and nap before heading back out in the evening. Rooms were clean, with basic amenities, and customer service was to the point and simple.

    Positives Good central location in barrio del Carmen close to main tourist sites including the cathedral, Mercado Central and La Lonja de la Seda (gothic silk & commodity market). Decent sized room and simple breakfast served in room was a nice touch with fresh OJ. Negatives Hotel was let down by several issues such as: A/C not working, WiFi problems, fan in bathroom broken and the fridge not working. Apparently the A/C does work but it was turned off centrally until the hot season. This is somewhat subjective, I come from a colder climate and found the family room stuffy at night, opening the window did help but then it got noisy. In my book, if the room advertised with A/C, the. It should work year round or advertise that it’s only on in the summer etc The other issues could be fixed easily with a little care / expenditure such as fixing or replacing the mini fridge. I asked for it to be fixed but nothing happened. A relative staying in another room had a faulty fridge too so I think this is a common issue.OverallIt’s a shame that this well located hotel is let down by a ‘fawlty towers’ approach to a string of minor issues that become a major issue with the hotel.
