    Avoid!!! Poor customer service

    rating29 Jun 2025

Was staying with family and friends in Valencia (frequent trips for myself and large extended), but decided to book a cheap room for a couple of hours. I had an early flight and wanted other family members to have my room so they didn't need a hotel room for 1 night. Basic room, no luxuries. Outdated bathroom with rusty fixtures. I presume this is what they give to the guest who pay budget. The disappointment come because this budget room had a metal fire escape right outside the bedroom window. The noise was horrendous!! People running up and down, kids screaming I asked reception for another room, purely for the noise not the poor maintenance, and I was refused!!! The receptionist did stand up to show me another room, then sat back down and stated "No you can't have one, as you've already been in the room"' If I had know about the noise when I first checked in or the hotel had warned me, I would have refused the room. I had work calls and a consultation booked. The receptionist was not polite and friendly like other reviews have stated. The receptionist did not care!! The location is by the beach, but why go to a hotel when they do not care about customer service!! Even whilst at receptioni another guest could not get a bin bag for the waste bin until I explained. Myself and my local family where looking for a good, convenient place for our family to use whilst waiting for flights but now we would avoid and pay the extra for other hotels that want our custom. It's now 1.20an, I need to leave at 5am and there is noise and door banging. , On my way to another hotel

    Clean, great value for location

    rating07 Jun 2025

Surprisingly good rates at this modest hotel on the beach gave me pause when I booked some months back, but I shouldn't have worried. I had a studio w kitchen in the back, facing the street entrance. It was quiet, ideally laid out, very clean, with a comfortable firm bed, and a well stocked kitchen area. The Maritim Metro stop is a 10-min walk, alongside many closer trams, A CoAliment supermarket is a 5-min walk. Beach access from early morning to late evening was terrific.

    great stay

Very good hotel, it deserves three stars. The staff at the reception are really helpful and speak foreign languages. The room are clean and wide. They are equipped with smart tv. The area offers good connections to the city centre. Even for those who like walking, the ‘ciencias’ area is only 30 minutes away by walk.

    Friendly staff, OK hotel

    rating27 May 2024

Location is quite good. Right by the beach and lots of restaurants (priced a little on the high side), and within a 10min stroll to the tram which will take you into the old town centre in less than 30mins. It can be a little noisy at night if facing the beach as there is a nightclub not far away. Mosquitoes can be an issue but there are signs to warn you to close windows to mitigate that and staff will assist with spray if it becomes an issue. Room is basic. No iron, fridge or kettle. Sheets will be made up each day but not replaced with fresh ones. Towels will be replaced. Staff were friendly. We even received a warming greeting in Irish once they'd seen our passports which was a lovely touch. We didn't opt for the breakfast ourselves but at €8 each it is priced more competitively than local restaurants, albeit less fancy. No good bars in the immediate area. Overall would go back.

A nice no-frills hotel around the corner from the beach

    rating13 Apr 2024

Fairly average no-frills hotel right off the Valencia beach area with plenty of dining choices. If you want some authentic Paella al la Valenciana, you're a stone's throw away from some quality restaurants. Do your homework and observe where the locals dine to get your best lunch/dinner, and avoid the tourist-trap establishments. The room was clean, quiet and provided the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Don't expect luxury here as this is a fairly basic hotel, popular with tourists.Overall, I had a restful stay and enjoyed the beachside ambiance. There are two transit tram stations that are about a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel, should you fancy taking in the sites of the city centre and historic sites as well. The trams interconnect with the Valencia subway/metro system.Their breakfast "buffet" consists of only cold items: breads/pastries, fruit, yoghurts, ham/cheese, a toaster, plus plenty of juices and a genuine coffee maker. For convenience, it works...but don't expect a big breakfast if that's what you fancy to start your day.
