Location

This hotel is located in one of the most commercial areas of the city of Valencia between the industrial area of Fuente del Jarro, Manises International Airport, the Palace of Congress and the Fair of Valencia. It is situated in the Táctica business park, a project unique to the Valencia region, and is easily accessible via motorways A7, V30 and CV 365.

Facility

102 rooms, including junior suites, suites and 61 double rooms, are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by 2 lifts. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Rooms have a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A hairdryer and a vanity mirror are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower and a bathtub. As an extra convenience, bathrooms provide cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms are also available. The hotel has non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

The pool complex includes both indoor and outdoor pools, which are in part heated. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, golf, paddle tennis, a gym, a sauna and hiking. Children are well looked after in the kids' club.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant with air conditioning, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A delicious and varied buffet is prepared for breakfast every day, and a set menu can be ordered at lunch and dinner.

    The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning was amazingly good. Exactly what you need in such hot weather. And mains sockets on both sides of the bed so charging my stuff was easy. Restaurant offered good choice of food with very reasonable prices. Absolutely delicious. Hats off to the chef!Breakfast had plenty of choice and was good value.All the staff very friendly and welcoming. Parking just €6 a day on site free outside the hotel. The location was perfect for me being just 10 minutes drive from my customer.This really has been an absolute pleasure and I have saved the details so that I will certainly book to stay here again when I next visit the area.Many thanks!     Practical hotel to spend one night or a few days close to Valencia. The metro station Santa Rita is not located too far. Easy parking on site. Staff are very friendly and helpful.     Simple and relatively nice hotel, though a 3-star, instead of a 4-star, in my opinion

    Me and my colleague got 2 rooms here for work, since it would be closer to the workplace than the city centre.The hotel is alright, the lobby is quite nicely decorated - feels welcoming and "home" like - and it has a café/bar with tables both inside and outside. It has a paid parking venue as well, though you can park all around the hotel for free.Breakfast is good, with most commodities needed (dairy free milk alternatives available, not so many gluten free); not a continental breakfast though, but still - and the waiters are helpful too.The room is, however, relatively old. The wood appliance in the room were used and looked they had about 20 years, the phone looked like from the 2000's - as did the AC -, but the TV seemed relatively new. The bathroom was relatively old as well, with the faucet covers on the showers loose and a couple of other things - it could use a renovation, all in all.But generally clean - a small mark spot here and there (I'm close to OCD, so I am very demanding) -, so I have that as a plus.If I could chose again, I would probably pay a bit more and stay at a higher end place, but it's a good value for money, in my opinion.     hotel was not bad at all in a quiet location and parking space. Nice staff and free wifi, I do not need anything else :) there is an indoor swimming pool I could not try, as I did not know I was not carrying proper clothes :( Maybe next time.     Do NOT stay here, AWFUL experience and absolutely not a 4* hotel

    We were very much lured in by the allure of a 4* hotel in an area that was quite expensive but given the premium that you pay for such a hotel I can say wholeheartedly it is not worth it. The hair dryer in the room had no filter which meant that it trapped hair constantly. However, the biggest issue was with the shower leaking profusely to the point that it flooded the entire room. Upon alertingthe receptionist, who did not seem phased in the slightest, we were handed a stack of towels and left to deal with it ourselves. The flooding caused a significant amount of damage to both an already damaged room and our personal property which can only lead me to conclude that this was not the first time that thisoccurred. The door strip threshold was damaged to begin with but the leaking of the shower meant that the bathroom door did not even close. The room was not as described and the rooms look like nothing like the pictures. The location of the hotel is isolated with no transport links which means any potential savings you may have made on the hotel you end up spending substantially more on taxis. The hotel was unbothered by this and not only were we given the wrong email to send our concerns to but they responded essentially defending the fact that they were 4*s and there wasnothing we could do as we did not report it at the time, however if they read my email correctly they would have seen that we did. I did not want to leave a negative review but the hotel has left me with no choice but to do so as they have not adequately responded to my concerns despite giving them ample opportunity to do so. I do believe that the apathy of the supposed director of the hotel shows that this establishment is run clinging to its 4* status and does not believe that the product the provide has to match this status. I do hope that this honest review with pictures will deter other travellers from staying here as it is not worth the aggravationand upset.
