  The hotel is in a very good location. In front of the hotel there is a bus station and 100 m is a metro station (Benimaclet). It is also a direct metro from airport. The stuff is very friendly and they offer all information you need.The rooms are ok, they have a lot of pillows, for everyone.Breakfast could be improved. There were no boiled or fried eggs, only scrambled eggs. It was the same breakfast every day. Various fruits and vegetables.The room was not on the side with the tram lines and it was quiet.The hotel is very clean.Suggestion: instead of the bar soap in the bathroom, a liquid soap would be more useful.   A very clean and efficient hotel

  The hotel is very efficient, with a nice-sized room and comfortable bed. Lighting was perfect for work, a refrigerator was convenient, and the shower was outstanding. Breakfast offered a nice variety. There may have been little storage space for clothes, but the hotel was immaculate and offered a pleasant stay.   Great little hotel

  Stayed here whilst visit an exhibition in Valencia. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good and the location was perfect. Right outside the front door is the metro to the beach and City centre. Next to metro stop is the underground which can be used to and from the airport. We were only here for 3 nights but found the local area to feel safe when walking at nice, with a good selection of bars and restaurants to try too.   It could work more towards the guests' well-being

  I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights in september-october 2024. Basic but clean room and bathroom with basic amenities. The staff is helpful and courteous. Our room was separated by the next room by a door whose purpose I didn't understand - maybe there is a possibility to join two rooms into an apartment. During the first evening of our stay, the guest in the next room was loudly talking on his phone but the reception staff handled the situation promptly.The area around the hotel is quite noisy, as the busy Benimaclet tram station is right under the hotel windows. However, the windows are effectively soundproof and A/C can be used during the hot Spanish nights.Basic breakfast in the reception area, which is a bit unusual. All in all, I would rate this hotel as "very good" for its cleanliness, polite staff, breakfast and facilities. It is not "exceptional" because it was built without having the guests' and staff's well-being in mind. Also, because the elevator was disfunctional all throughout our stay. And also, because if you happen to smoke, you will have to use the busy street outside as a smoking area, with either the pavement or the litter bin at the pedestrian crossing nearby as an ashtray.   Nice hotel in a brilliant location.

  Ok so this hotel is a little gem if you are staying in Valencia. The staff are polite and the location is excellent - probably it's greatest feature as it sits yards from Benimaclet subway station which is has superb links to the town/beach and airport via an efficient and cheap underground system. This means you can stay in Valencia for a fraction of the cost of staying in the city centre and yet have access to it within a short period of time. There's a lot of nearby cafe's as well as the hotel does only breakfast.The hotel rooms have good amenities. Breakfast was good but I found the bacon/egg and beans to be luke warm on some mornings. The aircon/wifi and all other services were good. The biggest downside was the dirty marks/scuffs and tears and yellow patches on the bed linen. It's not something I would expect even in a one star hotel but it's something that was evident even though room service was operating. The room would probably not suit an obese person as access around the room was questionable ! Some things were rather odd - we had a large desk with no desk drawers. We had excellent large beds with comfy mattresses but dirty linen.We had 24hr working electricity in the room (even if we weren't in) but then the corridor lights were auto on/off to save power. They had available space to put in a small safe, but chose to leave the gap empty! The room accommodated two, but only had a spot for one piece of luggage. They gave us a luxury sitting chair which was didn't need, but the wardrobe was too small for clothes for two people, something we did need.The shower was another concern with the margin for error for hot and cold water being very narrow on the shower control knob. This meant getting the right temperature for a shower was near impossible. The lack of a shower extraction fan was also something unexpected and the resulting post-shower foggy bathroom created a slight annoyance.Overall, we were happy with the hotel and I can recommend it to anyone staying in Valencia who doesn't want to pay city centre prices for accommodation without missing out on much.
