Location

This hotel is near the A3 motorway from Madrid, at the km 343 Aldaia-Torrent exit, at the entrance to Valencia. This site is connected to the largest leisure and business park in Europe, the Centro Comercial Bonaire. The Ricardo Tormo motor racing circuit and Fira València are to be found nearby. Valencia airport is around 18 km from the hotel.

Facility

11 suites and 114 double rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. There are a number of shops as well.     This hotel did a very good job for us, staff were superb, & I can give high praise to the excellent Reception team, who were extremely helpful & efficient both during & prior to our stay, and to the restaurant staff whose service was always speedy & with a smile. The location isn’t necessarily ideal if you’re here to discover Valencia, it’s a bit of a schlep to the centre, but for our purpose, competing in an event at the Kartodromo Internacional Lucas Guerrero, it’s pretty well placed. The location is handy but unlovely, close to a large shopping centre & other out of town leisure units. Restaurants around & about are unthrilling, but luckily the food in the hotel restaurant was mainly good, though it’s rather brightly lit & wasn’t big on atmosphere during our early February visit. Accommodation is basic, but we found rooms quiet, beds comfy & the shower powerful. Good, generous provision of simple toiletries & products including toothbrush & comb. Our room, the Junior Suite, composed of 2 double bedrooms & a bathroom with bath/shower, was quite spacious & worked well for us. I can’t attest to the qualities of the standard rooms. All in all, decent, functional accommodation at value … blessed with outstanding staff.

    The hotel is quiet far away from city centre only reason to opt for it is it’s very very close to a mall with lots of great shops and great deals ... only thing around is the mall or else u got to make your way to city centre... rooms are small and beds are a little uncomfortable... hotel reception is friendly and did help us promptly to get our way around .. breakfast is very limited and repetitive each day ...

    The bed was horrible, it divided in two pieces and was not easy to sleep on it, rest of it was great,The breakfast was excellent, staff is very friendly and helpfull,Will I go there again yes definetely

    Great location next to a big, nice shopping mall.Hotel is well appointed with air con and nicely decorated rooms and facilities.Only slight disappointment is the bar. It’s not well stocked Would stay here again.

    Hotel badly in need of revamp especially in bathroom of hotel room.Staff very unhelpful and rude.Breakfast in restaurant was like eating in a canteen.Would not recommend staying here even for one night.
