  Basic but clean and comfortable with excellent location

  A little run down, but immaculately clean with stunning views and excellent location on the beach and within a two minute walk to highly rated restaurants. Fun, shopping, a nightclub, travel connections, etc all within 5 minutes. About 10euro for uber to Valencia town, £35 to airport. Rather noisy at night, breakfast was v simple but tasty. Lovely staff, decent shower, and comfortable bed. Sunrise from room 210 is utterly spectacular. Bring a thermos if you like a hot drink as no kettles in the room but the staff will give you hot water to take up. No lifts. Excellent value for money.

  It’s cheap, it’s run down and never again would I stay here.

  The room has a very flimsy lock on which would take much to break. There is no lift and the stairs aren’t great.The room itself is small, with 2 single beds that creak at any movement. There were sheets and a flimsy pillow on the bed and 2 thin towels in the bathroom. Small tv high on the wall with no remote control. Has a small wardrobe with 3 coat hangers in it. The paint is chipped and pealing off the walls.There is no aircon, just a pedestal fan and window which did have a fly screen at least in the bedroom, but not in the bathroom. The walls are this and you can hear people talking and moving around their rooms.We are right near the beach and many restaurants and bars, but check around for the prices as some restaurants are charging almost twice the price as others for drinks and food, there are convenience stores around the area but you will need to walk about 500m or more to get to them. The streets are dirty and the area is very run down. There is public transport nearby also.The person at reception was nice.The beach is very close, literally behind the building, but the beach itself was dirty, it has cigarette butts, plastic, drink cans, on the beach. If you have your own car be mindful that parking is at a premium and their are a group of men who hang around the car park trying to to get you to park in spots they have blocked off and then ask for money. If you don’t pay we have told that they may damage your car. There is paid parking stations near by which are expensive but at least your vehicle is safe.

  Staff very friendly and helpful in this perfectly located hotel only a few steps from the sand!The hotel and facilities are basic and the bed was too small and thin for me but others may not find this.The surrounding area is full of small bars and restaurant so plenty to choose from.Public transport to the city is available only a couple of minutes away with a tram to the Maritim - Serreria subway station. 5 euro gets you straight to the airport from here.This is not de-luxe accommodation and the price reflects this.The Beach is fantastic!

  Good place, but bad rooms

  Really Nice place, but bad rooms..., the beds are guest beds in worst quality, covered with sheet and old blanket in between...👽( Rooms smell of bad toilet system..., very bad. Price too High ( 50 EUR ) Per Room ... old rooms/ old building.., needs restauration 🙏Personel is Nice and kind ❤️
