Location

This hotel is located in the centre on Valencia, just a few paces from the main train station.     The air conditioning in the room was extremely noisy, and I couldn’t sleep at all during the first night.To be fair, the staff did move me to another room the following day, but having no sleep that first night ended up ruining the next two days of my trip as I was completely exhausted. I even tried sleeping on the bathroom floor to get away from the noise, but that didn't work out either.Overall, the experience was very disappointing and I regret staying here and wouldn’t choose to stay again.There was also a permanent stench in the hotel but it seemed to be all around the area so there must be a problem with sewage in the town - it was very unpleasant.

    We arrived at the hotel with our family during the New Year period. The hotel’s facilities, cleanliness, and the attentiveness and kindness of the staff were a pleasant surprise. We are especially grateful to the colleague at breakfast who does everything possible to ensure that guests receive everything immediately, and who is also very polite and kind. The hotel’s location is excellent—everything is quick and easy to reach. The rooms are comfortable and immaculate.

    The hotel is close to the airport metro. It is also close to the market and old town with many restaurants and bars. The room was modern and clean. The breakfast was fantastic.
