Location

Located close to the motorway exit, this hotel is some 3 km from the historic quarter in the modern financial district. The tourist bus (sightseeing double-decker bus) stop is in front of the hotel’s main entrance. Nightspots are in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, which is about 1 km from shopping venues and the bus stop. The railway station is some 15 minutes’ drive away and the sea can be reached in about 20 min by public transport. Valencia Airport is approximately 13 km from the establishment.

Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided to guests. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and 3 lifts. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden.     Great location close to City , rooms are airy clean and of a very high standard , Rooms cleaned every day and bed Made with fresh sheets Good value for money with the Melia rewards points system Amenities are excellent , we both used the spa and had some treatments and the spa is top notchFood in restaurant was average. Too much aromas and herbs.     Came to Valencia for a weekend break with friends. This hotel was stunning. There were 3 of us and the hotel gave us a newly decorated suite. It was stunning. Comfortable, big, clean and beautifully decorated. We used the pool and bar. Both excellent. The staff were so polite and helpful. Lucas especially. We came across him a few times and he was cheerful, helpful and very polite. Lovely to chat to and a credit to this hotel. We would definitely return here and recommend to anyone visiting Valencia.     Limited English TV Channels but otherwise excellent

    Although I was generally happy with my stay, facilities, location, and staff, I was very disappointed at the lack of English speaking TV channels, the least I have experienced at a premier hotel. There were only three channels for English speakers. Sky News which is just news and repeated news, Channel 47 Comedia, a mix of old films and Spanish speaking comedies and Bloomberg, mainly business matters. This lack of English speaking TV channels spoilt my stay and I have asked them to review thisTo get to the hotel I bought a Zones A and B (+for the airport) SUMA Card at the airport machines. (Number of days can be chosen and topped up). Take Metro 3 or 5 lines from the Airport to Angel Guimera and change to the 1 or 2 lines north to Beniferri where there is also Consum supermarket. It’s just a 10 minute walk to the hotel.
