Location

This hotel is located at the heart of the town, on one of the most important streets, approximately 150 m from the train station and a number of bus stops. Plenty of restaurants and shops as well as a shopping centre are to be found in the hotel's immediate surrounds and the airport is 8 km away.

Facility

5 single rooms and 45 double rooms are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. Additional facilities include a TV room. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Other services include a laundry service. A fax machine is on hand for guests' business and communication needs.

    Wanted to share feedback on our stay:Check in 6th Feb 2026Check out 8th Feb 2026No of pax 6No of rooms 3Bed and BreakfastPoint by point disappointed experience- Rooms were extremely small, no drinking water or glasses were given 🥤 WiFi was slow and unsteady- No basic kettle provided in rooms☕️- Kitchen staff were extremely rude and non cooperative with extreme ego 😕- On departure day, disposal cups were provided to have coffee from vending machine 😒- 30-40 minutes wait for check-in and room allocation 🕒- Packed breakfast had dry bread and rotten apple 🍞 They were so non cooperative that they didn't even allow us to use their toasters to heat the dry bread.We had paid for our breakfast however they treated us as if we were demanding it for free.We're extremely disappointed.     Fantastic location and comfy beds!

    I stayed here for 4 nights and this was a very nice hotel right in the middle of the city center. Location is perfect, with all the bars, restaurants and shops around every corner. Also just 2 minutes from the metrostation Colon which connects you directly to the airport and all other parts of the city. On our second morning we didn't have any water. But this was resolved after about an hour. There is free wifi which works fine. The beds are very comfy and the airco cools the room for a good nights sleep. I defintitely recommend this hotel for a city trip in Valencia. Great value for money.     Very bad service from kitchen. If you need breakfast earlier and you request it, never receive.     Nice Hotel, Payment Issues

    I had some issues with the payment for this hotel. I chose the option to provide a guarantee by credit card and pay during our stay. However I then received demands in the weeks before our stay for payment with little notice to comply, such that one booking was cancelled and I had to rebook. Had I known this would happen I would have just chosen the pay-now option at the beginning to avoid the hassle.Otherwise the hotel is located in the centre of Valencia. Entry is not very well signposted. The staff are professional, helpful and speak English well. Wifi works well throughout the hotel.Rooms are accessed via stairs or a small lift. Rooms are a little cramped, particularly with only a narrow gap between bed and TV. The bed is firm. Aircon works well. Accessories provided include fridge and safe. No kettle, tea or coffee. The rooms are well maintained and clean. The bathroom-toilet is spacious and modern.Breakfast is provided on the second floor. Both Spanish and International options are available.Parking is provided at a parking garage 100m from the hotel at a slight discount.     The hotel is in a heart of business area. Nearest to all shopping , restaurants, attractions. Great location. Find harder to locate the hotel in the first place on arrival by 9 pm passed. You wouldn’t see the hotel name visible or illuminated. Even opposite side shop keepers or workers do not know . Facilities are ok as long as not expecting much. No water bottle/ kettle / tea bags or coffee in side. Space is ok in a location of the hotel but limited. Staffs at reception are fantastic and helpful. Whenever we need them for enquiries or to get an additional bed sheet , they bring immediately. Breakfast is ok not for a breakfast person who expects variety , same for all day. Staffs at restaurant are polite, helpful and kind.
