    Nice staff, room was clean and big. It was enough for me as I traveled solo. Free water and tea near the reception was a good plus.

    Original NIGHTMARE House

    Original NIGHTMARE House! FAR & NOWHERE near center. 45-60 min walk to attractions. No metro near by. Hard bed. Thin walls. TV didn’t work. NO AC. SUPER HOT ROOM! No fans & only way to get air was to open windows. Bugs flying in all night. No sleep w/TONS of street noise. NO PRIVACY-Neighbors from bldg. across could see you in bed-no curtains. Was given a diff. room than reserved, even though room type was confirmed by email. Paid extra for balcony city view room & they gave our room away. (Saw other reviews about this too). DO NOT RECOMMEND. Left after 1st night, it was that bad! Super unhappy w/ the place & we had such high hopes for it based on the + reviews which we now see, are obviously fake. Lost our $, they wouldn’t even provide a partial refund after so much inconvenience. Pay attention to the negative reviews. Those are true.

    Reception was friendly, room was clean and pretty. You can buy coffee, drinks and snack from machine. Rent a bike from reception to move around centre is the best way to discover Valencia. Park a car close to hotel is difficult. Street noise arrives to room but it's acceptable for centric hotel.

    The Original Domino House is a quaint boutique hotel within easy walking distance to everything. It's very clean and the ladies at the front desk were very helpful and accommodating. There's also a nice coffee shop just across the street.

    Very clean and the staff are great and very friendly.A few minor negatives are the location and size of the shower, a bit out of the way and I kept hitting my elbows on the shower wall or door, and the towels had a strange rusted metallic scent.
