    They canceled my booking 3 weeks before traveling for no reason

    Having booked 4 apartments 6 months in advance, 3 weeks before arrival I received a cancellation message for each of the bookings. I contacted them immediately to resolve this issue and they didn’t want to do anything about it. I spent several days calling them over and over again and they were always saying that I should try again later because “apparently” the booking manager was not available. Eventually, they confirmed that the apartments had been allocated to other clients (who probably paid much more) and that there was nothing else they could do. STAY AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS IF YOU DON’T WANT TO RISK HAVING YOUR HOLIDAYS SPOILED LAST MINUTE

    Big appartment on the beach

    It's an apartment in a big building. It seems a lot of locals live in this building, and few flats a available to stay for tourists. It has 3 rooms and a kitchen with everything you need to cook something simple. There is a nice view to the sea from the balcony, looking to the right. The bathroom was not in excellent conditions but also it wasn't very bad. There is an underground payable parking, that needs to be requested in advance. The district (where the flat is located) is far away from Valencia center, you can reach it by public buses - ask hotel staff to advise you on this. The hotel district is very silent and quiet. The beach is very good and wide, a lot of space there in June'2013.Negative thing - there are very few places to eat. We were unpleasantly surprised by this. As an option - to buy some food in supermarkets in Valencia city and have a dinner in the appartment (that we did).

    We had booked online and were not sure what we had booked. When we arrived (a little difficult since there is no sign with the name), we discovered that this was not a hotel but we had rented someone's condo. There was so much space, especially compared to the normal hotel room in Spain. We had a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a full bath. Unfortunately, we didn't realize that in March nothing on the beach is open and it was very chilly. Also, the pool does not open until June. So, we did not have the beach experience as hoped for but we were happy with the accomodations.The front desk (for lack of a better term) people were very helpful and spoke English very well.This would be a great place when the weather is warm and places are open. The boardwalk by the beach was great for a walk, job or bike ride.

    Excellent budget apartment stay

    Stayed at Patacona Green Flats for 2 weeks in August 2013. Travelled with partner and disabled 13yr old son. Found staff very helpful and accommodating. Ideal location, literally across the road from the beach. Lovely prominade with restaurants and bars leading all the way to the docks and night clubs. There is no service with this accommdation. If you want maid service then stay elsewhere. What you get is a self contained apartment to rent. You buy food and cook and wash and clean for yourself. Personally I couldn't fault it and would definatley go back. There is a communal pool with kiddies area and there were a few kids activity days and a couple of evenings of entertainment for the older adults. Not a problem as the prominade is accross the road so there are bars etc. The only thing that may cause a problem with non car users is that the supermarket is a 5 euro taxi ride away. I loved the diversity of old, young, straight, gay, black, white, disabled and abled bodied all being in one place with very little judgement.
