  The folks at the front desk were generally quite nice and as helpful as they can be. But they can't make up for the property's limitations. The kitchen is not well supplied; it is spartan (e.g., no cutting board, one dish towel to dry). Careful not to bump one's head on the protruding vent at eye level or the low-hanging light in the kitchen. No instructions how to use the induction stovetop. Hard to reach the back burner with the vent protruding at eye level. One of the bedrooms is so small (appx 60 sf) that the bed is against the wall with no space at the foot to get out from the wall side. The shower is constructed in such a way as a lot of water escapes to the floor. The bath towels are low quality; only one hand towel for five guests; hard to dry each day as rooms are not made-up unless greater than three night stay.   The apartment that we stayed in was superb. Very clean and roomy. The staff is very kind and helpful. I lost my sun glasses, and all of them rushed to help me find it. In the end, I forgot them in the apartment, and I was instantly notified by the staff that they found it. Strongly recommend for your stay in Valencia. And the breakfast was so plentiful I almost exploded from joy.   Such helpful, accomodating staff.

  Our second visit to these apartments and we felt so well looked after. We had two requests in advance. Can we book in early and can we have a bathtub? They fulfilled both. We do realise we were lucky with the early check in, but it was a godsend after a red eye flight into the city. We had a very pleasant one room apartment, between the lifts (we were initially a little worried it might be noisy, but didn't hear a thing from them). The place was clean, the bed very comfortable and hot water plentiful - though be aware it takes a while to warm up. The staff on reception couldn't be more helpful. The one minor criticism is there is no safe in the room.   They have parking underground. The hotel is no frills. If you like clean efficient well located with a friendly staff this is your place. Lizze and staff are welcoming helpful multilingual staff. Highy recommend. Their breakfast was very good and affordable.   Not the best for a hen party

  Stayed here with a hen party. Lovely rooms but lack of mirrors made getting ready a challenge. Only one large mirror in the bathroom. Also very poor hairdryer for use in the bathroom only. Everything else was great! Quite a distance from the main areas so lots of cabs required!
