  1. very uncomfortable and disappointing stay 2. I’m writing this review at 1:00 AM because I’m extremely uncomfortable. 3. The main issue is the AC doesn’t work—only air blows, no cooling. The room is very hot and impossible to sleep in. 4. I even had to sleep on the floor to cool my body. 5. Reception said the whole apartment AC is turned off in winter and only heating works. They said AC will start in summer, but it’s already hot in Valencia. 6. I opened the windows for fresh air, but traffic noise made it impossible to sleep. 7. Sound insulation is very poor—you can hear neighbors walking and talking. 8. The location is far from the city, so you need to hire a taxi to go anywhere. 9. They also took my credit card details at check-in for minibar charges. It’s their job to check usage at checkout; they shouldn’t need to keep my card details like that.Overall, a very uncomfortable and disappointing stay.

  The staff were great and definitely the best part about this hotel :) At first glance the rooms are okay and smelt very clean. Clean sheets and towels and housekeeping do a great job. Quite basic overall and very small TV. No kettle in room. Good location if going to the Feria Valencia. Also about 10-15 min walk to tram to visit more central Valencia.One of the main issues was with the air con - the room was really hot. I tried to call down to request a fan but none were available and then I was told to open the window and turn the air con off as it didn’t work and was set to heat only (which would have been nice to know before). The second issue is there is also what looks like mould on the ceiling in the bedroom :/ it’s not terrible but I wouldn’t say the room I stayed in was a 4 star experience at all.   Friendly Staff, Comfy Rooms, nice breakfast!

  Came here on an inspection visit prior to bring 29 pupils on a school trip in June. From arrival the staff were super friendly. The young man who checked us in gave us loads of useful information on how to get around and where the metro could be caught. The manager very kindly gave us a viewing of the rooms we’d be getting so I could work out roomings and a tour of the pool/gym etc. the waiters in the restaurant were lovely. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and varied. Dinner also buffet had a variety of different foods and you got a drink from the bar included! Beds were really comfy and everywhere is really clean. It’s a good hotel if you don’t mind walking to the tram or train station but there is nothing really around the hotel to do. You have to ride into the city centre. So factor in a 15 minute walk to station and 15 minute train ride before you are in the busy part where all the tourist spots are. All in all though we had a great stay and were made very welcome!   Nice hotel but noisy at night

  Nice hotel overall. The secure underground parking was excellent. The room was large and very clean. However there was a lot of noise from outside at night. The wooden shutters didn’t really help. One night it went on to 2am. Fortunately I had ear plugs with me. The walls in the hotel are quite thin so I also had some noise from the other rooms. Also I used some items from the minbar and put the empties on the table so the staff would know and replenish them. They were not replenished and I had to tell them at checkout what I had used. The restaurant was a buffet. Service from the staff was a bit hit and miss to be honest. Most of the time I was completely ignored. The official opening time was 20.30 but people were allowed to go in and sit down before that getting the tables nearest the food. On one occasion at breakfast my table was cleared despite having a freshly poured coffee on there whilst I went to get some more food so I had to queue again to get another one. This could be a really nice place to stay with just a little more staff training.   Last year October, I have stayed at this hotel as part of a tour group, and while the location was secluded, it wasn’t an issue for us. The room met all standards for comfort and cleanliness, which was a plus.However, I was disappointed with the gym facilities. It appeared to be a modified hotel room, only equipped with cardio machines and lacking any weights or dumbbells. This limited the workout options and was a letdown for fitness enthusiasts.The biggest disappointment, though, was the dinner included in our package. The paella, a signature dish of Valencia, fell flat and lacked the rich flavors I’ve experienced at other Spanish restaurants. Overall, while the accommodation was satisfactory, the gym and dining experience could use significant improvement.
