    Good business and short stay hotel.

    This a a very functional hotel for short stays and business trips, not so romantic for couples. The hotel is a business park area and near the Valencia Football Club facilities for those looking to be in this specific part of Valencia. Good breakfast choices and exceptional front desk service from Nevs and Tatiana! They were super friendly and helpful.

    This is the second time I have visited this hotel. Staying here for a week on business. The rooms are basic with some of the fittings a bit worn but the bed was comfortable and plenty of space.The restaurant had good food served quickly. Not a huge choice but enough for my needs. It doesn't open until 20.30 but they will serve drinks before then.The hotel is well situated for the business park and you could walk to it. About twenty minutes or so. Just as well because the parking spaces at the business park fill up quite quickly.There is some noise from the road but not enough to keep me awake at night. I would be happy to stay here again.

    A hotel with many pros and cons

    The hotel is situated in a technological park. This means that the streets are very busy in the morning when people are coming to work. It was also quite complicated to find it - a lot of driving left and right. Pros: spacious, a luggage rack, a very nice bathroom, enough towels, air conditioning working properly, very good breakfast.And, unfortunately, quite a lot of cons: stuffy room that should have been aired, problems with opening the door, broken window frame which demanded a lot of caution to open, noisy as the highway is very close, very poor lighting, uncomfortable beds, the bathroom door did not close at all. My husband had to fix it.Dinner and breakfast were good, but the only "dessert" we got for dinner was joghurt.To sum up, all these shortcomings could be fixed if the personnel paid a bit more attention to the state of the hotel.

    I normally tend to avoid 3 star hotels but with the necesity of needing a hotel close to Paterna and the bad experience at hotel Valencia Congress, made me chose this hotel.Positives:- close to high way- free parking at hotelNegatives:- noisy, we were at the same level as the reception- basic rooms, one of them had a minibar, the other didnt. - dirty bathroom, toothpaste of previous occupant in the wash bassin- very small double beds

    Hotel is really worth of price!Nice, clean and rooms are nice and clean.In reception , good service!Our opinion, best price/quality so far!Breakfest buffet including the price!If you like to have evening menu, they had today / meny del dia 11,60lot of choises , perfetto!
