    It was a fantastic stay! Very good hotel, in great location. Very clean and perfectly managed. Reception staff - they were our stars! Very helpful and friendly. A big plus is a baggage storage in the hotel. You can leave your luggage as long as you need. Even after check out you can use the toilet and even take a shower. For sure we will be back!     Location: very good. Easy walk via the awesome park 1-2 miles from everything. Lots of bike hire close by which is great because biking through the park or the beach is a must. We travelled with two kids age 6&8 and navigated the cycle with no issues. Supermarket opposite and nice bar directly next door, but you can’t hear it on an evening.Atmosphere: very good. Staff are the best I’ve ever known. Nothing too much trouble and they are super friendly. Gave us more paper for the kids to draw, stickers and games. Saved luggage and organised taxis for us. Also very helpful and accommodating with me practising speaking Spanish. Rooms: big and very well equipped for families. Cleaned everyday and apartments spotless. Excellent value for Monday and great base for exploring!     We had a wonderful stay with our 18-month-old son. The apartment was fully equipped with everything a family could need, making our trip stress-free.     Perfect for our family holiday

    We had a lovely stay at Ramirez Flats - prior to our stay we were contacted by the team to see if there was anything they could do to make our stay more comfortable - they made up the sofa bed for our 4yr old, put a travel cot & high chair in for our 1yr old & even pulled together a one pager on family friendly things to do in Valencia. Every interaction we had with the reception team was fantastic, particular thanks for Flor & Barbara. The room itself was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was pretty central for visiting both the city centre and the marina (we took the bus from just outside the hotel).
