Location

Located just 100 m from the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencas, this hotel is the perfect base from which to enjoy the marvellous complex. The city centre and the beach are also just 5 min from the hotel. The hotel is particularly easy to find as guests can simply follow the signs to the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencas from wherever they are, including on all the motorways arriving in Valencia. Once guests are at the complex, they will find the hotel directly opposite the Palau de las Artes in Avenida Instituto Obrero 20.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 8 junior suites and 20 double rooms located in a 7-storey main building and several auxiliary buildings. The reception desk is open round the clock. Services such as a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Children can enjoy the playground.     It could have been better

    The location was great - near the Aquarium, and the Science museum. By bus, it was easy to reach the old city. However, there are a couple of things that I did not like - the hotel itself is really noisy (not from the streets, butfrom the inside - we could hear the laundry machine all night, the screems and cries of the babies and toddlers, strange noises all the night.) The other thing that was really frustraiting is that we had a small balcony which we could not use, because there were 3 air conditioning bodies installed on it.     The location is brilliant, a short bus ride to the centre or the beach and bus stops within a minutes walk away. Reception staff were very helpful in recommending the best places to visit and how to make the most of our short trip. The room was very clean and modern, slight wear and tear but very minor and only superficial. Good amenities, a decent sized mini fridge with water provided and a table to sit at for doing hair/makeup etc. - although a plug socket here would have been helpful for using the kettle. We generally slept well, the people on the floor above us were quite noisy but this can’t be helped by the hotel (perhaps just bring earplugs or headphones if you’re a very light sleeper like myself).Overall we had a great experience and would definitely return!     Perfectly adequate rooms in a good location

    The hotel is located about 30 minutes from the centre on foot and very close to the city of Arts and Sciences. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the hotel café is fairly good too.The rooms were had were clean and modern. The rooms higher up and not looking out over the avenue are quieter. The staff on reception were very kind and helpful during our stay.     Very nice little hotel. Friendly staff. Great restaurant/bar with reasonable pricing. My only complaint would be the kitchen noise below our room, the drainage in our washroom shower/sink and the fluctuating water temperature in the shower.The hotel is in a very good location for the bus line to the old town and the beach.
