    Cancelled my booking!

    rating07 May 2026

Please do not book this apartment. 4 of us due to travel out tomorrow and they emailed me at 6pm to say they have no availability and are cancelling my booking! Considering I booked two months ago this is outrageous they couldn't let me know before. No one is responding to my messages, emails or calls to understand what happened. Avoid booking so you don't experience the same!

    Not perfect but acceptable

    rating20 Feb 2026

We agree with a lot from the review given by Aquariusgirl from August 25. I would like to comment too on the receptionists. I’ve only interacted with them a couple of times since our arrival a week ago. Yes, first one was a bit grumpy, English not brilliant and I’m not sure that our email communication before arrival couldn’t have been handled more efficiently. I do have some sympathy though. There is only ever one on duty at a time. No back room staff to monitor continuity re emails. No one to help if, as we did, asked for access to the garage to see if it’s accessible for us to take in our 2016 Mazda CX5. FYI We did but it’s tight and not an easy option. The receptionist seemed panicked by our asking to go down as she’s not allowed to leave her desk while the reception is open. She gave us the lift key and we went down alone. What if she should need a comfort break or there’s an emergency? There should always be two staff on reception when it’s open hours! I wasn’t much impressed on arrival by the apartment we were given, which came through our Brittany Ferries Winter Holiday booking but it grew on me. Basic but the kitchen was well supplied except I expected a dishwasher and there wasn’t one. I moved into spare room as double bed mattress could really do with replacing. It sank in the middle. The view over the beach is gorgeous! Easy from the apartments to catch bus to Valencia or Alboraya and they are regular and it’s easy to get a taxi. Lots of facilities for families nearby. Lovely cafe bars close plus little shop. Area a bit tired down that end but when the sun shines on you, it all looks just fine.

    Don’t stay here!!!!

    rating20 Aug 2025

Do NOT stay here under any circumstances. The reception staff are absolutely awful, the prices are insane and I was overcharged eur50 for bringing a pet even though the price listed on their OWN website stated 10ish per night, they charged me eur15. When o brought this to their attention, all I got was a load of attitude from the receptionist and was told that I should’ve called them to check the price and it isn’t their fault they listed a lower price and overcharged me. In addition, they do NOT have a pool at all but let you use the tiny pool up the road. The prices before all of the additional prices are absolutely EXTORTIONATE for the apartment and location! The price for 10 days is 2 months rent for actual residents, o know because I used to live there.

Nice location - Apartments good but definitely room for improvement...

    rating15 Aug 2025

Just spent a week at Sea You Apartments in Port Saplaya. This is an honest review of our experience.ProsLocation:Apartments are right on the sea front with a beautiful stretch of beach.Port Saplaya is very picturesque and the vibe is very relaxed. The area feels safe and is well maintained. There are lots of little cafes/bars/restaurants close by/within working distance. Very large supermarket 10/15 minutes walk away. About 15 minute taxi ride to Valencia and 30 minutes from Valencia airport. Apartments:Basic but spacious and very clean. Balcony that faces the beach with beautiful views. Kitchen is well equipped. Very good WIFI included, large TV with Netflix and other streaming platforms - great if you have children who want/need a break from the hot weather. Three bedroom apartment has two bathrooms which is very useful. Lift and coded access door to main building which makes it feel safe/secure. ConsStaff: In the main, not overly helpful at all and often quite abrupt. On the whole treated like a massive inconvenience rather than paying guest staying with them. There were 5 members of staff working whilst we stayed there. 1 man and 4 women. The man was lovely and helpful, 1 woman we didn't deal with but she seemed friendly. The other 3 were all women and were miserable and rude - not just to us I would like to add. We witnessed them dealing with other guests in a similar manner. My advice to the owner of the apartments would be to send those 3 back to customer service school or maybe suggest they look at alternative employment outside of the service industry. The noise: The walls of the apartments are thin and the floors are tiled. You can hear your neighbours moving around a lot. This is fine during the day but at 2 am it's not so great. We had nocturnal neighbours who seemed to enjoyed moving furniture around and banging doors regularly throughout the night. I would definitely recommend earplugs and/or a white noise app (especially if you have younger children). I reported the noise to the reception but was met with an apathetic response from one of the aforementioned women. Told me (unenthusiastically) that they would 'try' and speak to our neighbours. If they did, it didn't make any difference and they never came back to me to update me on the situation. I appreciate there will be a variety of guests but suggestion when you have 3 buildings at your disposal, keep families with families and other guests separate. No cleaning or fresh towels: There is no cleaning service and we had the same towels all week. You can ask for replacements but there is a charge. To be honest the cleaning wasn't really an issue for us but new towels part way through the week would have been nice and at £330 a night not sure I should have to pay extra. Other things worth mentioning: Taxi driver Victor - lovely, helpful man. Would definite recommend. His card is on the reception desk.Restaurant behind the apartment in the square - lovely pizza and very friendly and attentive staff. Restaurante Enclave de Mar. The pool available for use is about 300 metres away, it is a municipal pool. Entry is free if you staying at Sea You but you have to pay for sunbeds/umbrellas etc... although they are very reasonably priced. It gets very busy on Saturday and Sunday, you can't get a sunbed unless you pre-book on-line. We would definitely go back to Port Saplaya and Valencia but we probably wouldn't go back to Sea You Apartments due to the noise. It's a shame because the views and the location are perfect and the apartment was more than suitable for our requirements as a family.

    Fantastic location and apartment ...

    rating27 Jun 2024

Really enjoyed our stay at Sea You Apartments. Fantastic views from the apartment balcony of the sea and prom. Staff were most helpful and apartments had everything we needed .... including a kettle ! Plenty of restaurant's and bars within walking distance. - community pool short walk to left has very comfortable sunbeds and parasols to hire. walking about 30 mins to right on beautiful beachfront you can hire sunbeds/parasols . The area known as Little Venice and lives up to the name. Its a quite area but with easy access to the beautiful city of Valencia. We look forward to returning.
