    Great location for a city break

    The hotel is in a fantastic location across the road from the port, a 20 minute walk from a beautiful beach, and a short metro ride from the bustling city centre which was the perfect balance for our city break. There are local bars and restaurants within walking distance too which was very handy. The hotel itself was very clean and the room was modern, comfortable and air conditioned. Breakfast was great and staff were very friendly and helpful. We tried the roof top bar on a few occasions which was brilliant, and the cocktails were great. The manager, Ramon was particularly helpful and welcoming too. Overall a great stay and I would definitely return.

    Great location for the Ironman race but unfortunately that was one of the only positives. The hotel was very tired, the room was shabby but clean. Breakfast was not good, anything that was hot didn’t stay that way for long as there were no hot plates. Limited selection but that said the pastries were good. The other positive was I found the staff friendly and helpful. It did the job it needed for me but definitely not the best I’ve ever stayed in.

    Very welcoming hotel, room was spacious and clean, air conditioning worked a treat in the Valencia heat, bed was extremely comfortable. All the staff were extremely helpful and polite across the board. The hotel is ideally located within a 10 minute walk of both the beach and metro station and is surrounded by shops. The breakfast was the only downside to our stay. Whilst the food on offer was tasty and fresh, the selection was poor and did not change from day to day. The restaurant also does not offer evening meals but the FAQ section of the website states the opening hours which include lung and dinner hours. Overall a very pleasant stay and we would definitely stay again

    A friendly welcome at this centrally located comfy hotel with spacious rooms (and beds!), and a wonderful roof terrace, with bar, and views over the city and port. Staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast is on the small side, but it was enough.

    Hotel close to port, beach and metro to airport Liked · Close proximity to Malvarosa beach. Very close to Francesc Cubells tram line which connects seamlessly with Metro line 5 at the Marítim stop which goes straight to the airport. Clean hotel, spacious rooms, good breakfast with hot and cold selections (the cheese cake is to die for). Lunch and dinner also served. Dinner is a new offering, the menu is quite extensive, as is the wine menu. The hotel has a roof top terrace for drinks and city viewing. Shops and bars are close by. This was my second stay, and I will definitely go back. I like the hotel's proximity to the port and beach part of the city and the accessibility to get in to the city centre by tram/metro or bus. For non-Spanish speakers, Leo in the restaurant speaks excellent English. A kettle and tea and coffee are available in each room.Disliked · The self-service coffee machines at breakfast make very sweet coffee, even the plain black coffee comes out sweet. The solution is not to use the self-service machines but to ask the breakfast attendants to make you a fresh cup of your choice from the professional coffee machine behind the counter. During my stay, the scrambled eggs were mixed with ham, even though bacon and sausages were also available separately. For those not wishing to partake of pork or other meat products, the eggs should be FREE of any meat. This was disappointing.
