Location

This hotel is only about 15 min by car from the city centre. Restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and countless shops can all be easily reached on foot, while links to the public transport network lie within 50 m of the hotel. Guests will reach Valencia airport in approximately 10 km.

Facility

32 junior suites, a suite, 23 single rooms and 215 double rooms are located on 16 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. A trouser press is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Guests can take advantage of the nightly turndown service. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror, bathrobes and a telephone are provided. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Going for a swim at the pool complex, which includes indoor and outdoor areas, is a great way to relax. Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub offer the perfect way to unwind. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including a gym, squash, a spa, a sauna, massage treatments and hydrotherapy treatments. A dance club offers fun and entertainment.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant (with high chairs), a breakfast room, a café and a bar. At breakfast, guests serve themselves at the generous buffet. Various dishes can be ordered à la carte for lunch and dinner. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers special catering options.     I have to say, I was really satisfied with the service at this hotel. The rooms are large and spacious, with nice bathrooms, everything was clean and tidy. We were on a higher floor, so the view was lovely as well. They also provide a toothbrush, toothpaste, a hair cap, wet towels, and a small hairbrush. I have to mention that the breakfast service was exceptional. The staff were so welcoming, polite, and helpful. And the breakfast itself was delicious, with a great variety of options.The only thing I noticed was that our bathtub could have used a bit more cleaning, but apart from that, everything was great. I also prefer when hotels provide those little slippers in the room so I don’t have to bring my own, but that’s just a personal preference.There is also a parking and it’s a bit cheaper if you pay as a guest of the hotel. I think regular is 24€ and as a hotel guest 22,50€ or something similar.     Bed is too small for two people, bathroom drain screwed closed, strange smell in rooms, small pool, would rate a zero if I could.     Highly recommend this hotel. Staff were so helpful- 10 out of 10 for customer service. Choice from breakfast buffet was excellent. We had a standard room, very clean and comfortable.Not bang in the centre but very good transport on the doorstep - regular buses, taxis etc. Spoilt for choice with bars and restaurants just a few minutes walk away.Would definitely stay there again.

    We absolutely loved this hotel. Would highly recommend. We booked a junior suite for 2 adults & 2 children for 4 nights. It was spacious with 3 large windows on the 14th floor, providing sea, city, mountain & pool views all from one room!It was extremely hot in the city and the aircon worked well in the room. All corridors are cool too. There is a kids club every day which we didn't expect. My kids used it for an hour while we unpacked and again while we packed up. The staff are so friendly and kind, I immediately felt comfortable with them. The cleaning staff are the friendliest I have ever met in a hotel and do an amazing job.Breakfast was varied and delicious. Ironing board was provided upon request and check out is 12 (most city hotels are 11am now). We will 100% return to this hotel. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

    The Sercotel Sorolla hotel is nice, modern and spacious. The bed is very comfortable and pillows were nice and soft. Bathroom is okay. Shower is small but water pressure is good. Good breakfast
