  Really bad experience...

  I will try to stay as objective as possible, because it has one of the worst hotel stays I have experienced. We booked three rooms.Service:One of the rooms smelled strongly of wastewater.We complained, and the only option offered was a smaller downgrade room. Unfortunately, that room also smelled (though not as severely). Since management was absent and the hotel was fully booked, the receptionist could only provide that solution. She mentioned that Valencia has pipe issues. As a compensation, they offered free breakfast (which I did not use or care for) along with the downgrade.The receptionist and maintenance staff were polite and tried to help, but they were not equipped or supported by management.Service rating: 1/5 (one point only for their kindness).Problem resolution rating: 0/5.Facilities:The building was separate from the main reception, requiring check-in elsewhere.Lobby lights switched off automatically if you sat still.Rooms looked decent at first glance, but the wastewater odor ruined the experience. The other two rooms (out of three) were fine.Location:Excellent location. No complaints here.Cleanliness:The rooms were clean overall, aside from the odor and some dust in the vents.Noise Levels:Very noisy. In the downgrade room, I could clearly hear the street noise. This could be improved.Air Conditioning:It's okay. Could be better. Lower temp is 68 degrees farenheit. Overall: There are better options in the location. Do not book here.   Good location but very badly designed bedroom and bathroom. Going into the bathroom in the night, you almost knock yourself out on the shower petition, showering was a nightmare as water went everywhere however hard we tried to get it to drain away - had to have towels on the floor. Lighting in the bedroom was ok round the bed but non existent the other end of the room. Nice coffee machine but capsules were not replenished. No kettle for other drinks. No milk provided.

  Sexy-mirrored bed... let's hope they don't have cameras...

  So, basically bloody lovely (especially after the previous hotel - see previous entry!) Great bed, in front of ye olde mirrored headboard. Bed a bit squeaky.Sadly only 4*. The (I'm sure otherwise lovely) cleaning staff gave the impression that they were a Jamaican steel pans group. I mean honestly, have you ever seen the legendary West End stage version of 'Stomp'... it would be a matinée performance...

  Amazing find!!

  This hotel is in a fantastic position close to the main cathedral square and all the nightlife but yet not too noisy….we would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to explore Valencia by foot and enjoy endless tapas bars and sights on your doorstep.Rooms are spacious and extremely clean with fab room service, modern with all facilities needed and include unlimited amenities such as shampoo/conditioner and body wash. A real little find in a beautiful spot.

  Disappointing stay. Hospital bathroom.

  Disappointing stay. The instructions from the hotel indicated that the key card was through an application. Several emails from the hotel were sent with this information. This was in fact incorrect and requires a visit to the reception in another hotel. We booked the superior double and were put in a handicap accessible room. The bathroom looks like a hospital bathroom. You are literally showering on the bathroom floor. This should have been indicated that this was the last room and we would have not booked with this hotel. The room also mentioned that there were bathrobe but these were not in the room. We also had a view of garbage from the balcony. Decent location in Valencia but the hotel was definitely disappointing.
