  Clean and comfortable

  This studio apartment suited me and my friend's needs perfectly for our three day visit to Valencia.It was clean and cosy and very well equipped with everything including kitchen appliances, cutlery and crockery, the sheets and towels were clean and the beds, even the single fold out one, were very comfortable. Good, strong wifi too.The young man who greeted us and gave us the keys was very friendly and helpful -he briefed us throughly about the flat and the local sights as well as places to eat and drink.The roof terrace was a nice place to sit and have breakfast in the sun and take in the city.I only have two gripes. The first being the hot water. We had 5 mins on the first morning and called the agent who came within 20 minutes and explained that we needed to keep the boiler switch on at all times (we hadn't been told this in the initial briefing when we arrived). So we kept it on and that night had plenty of hot water. However, the next two days we went back to just 5 mins of hot water a day even though we kept the boiler on, so make sure that is taken care of when you arrive.Secondly - the noise. The road the apartment is right in the middle of the old town and while it is a perfect location, it gets very noisy at night, especially on a Saturday when we realised we were opposite a bar that didn't close until 3.30am!Apart from that, we had a pleasant stay - I would just recommend, if planning to stay here, that you go during the week unless you don't mind party noises coming from the street at the weekends!
