    Very central location, clean & comfotable air conditioned rooms with good options for breakfast and great value overall. Would recommend as a place to stay in Valencia, especially if interested in visiting the football stadium which is a few minutes walk away & same distance for metro.

    They propose varied food at breakfast. You can also opt for half board like I did. At dinner food is good but the quantities they give are rather limited. One beverage is included for dinner in the half board option. The hotel location is great, not far from bus stops and the metro station. The rooms are very quiet and comfortable.

    Unhelpful and unsympathetic during the flood emergency

    We had a booking for two nights. We had received official instructions not to travel road unless absolutely necessary, and some parts of the route we would have to use were impassable. We emailed the hotel in the morning but received no response for 12 hours, when they told us (in a very brief email) that we could not cancel. As we could not travel on Wednesday, we then asked if we could postpone by a day and stay Thursday/Friday. Their response was yet but we had to pay for the "extra" night. We were not happy with that so cancelled and they charged us for one night. Both of their mails to us were almost literally "one liners", showing no politeness nor understanding of the local emergency situation. No marks at all for customer service.

    I was overcharged for a drink- double the price by a male server in the bar who just walked away. No explanation. I mentioned it to the desk clerk and again the following morning only to be told she did not understand . Her English was perfect! Air conditioning was poor and room opened onto internal conditioning system with a smell that was constant.

    Terrible overnight receptionist

    DO NOT BOOK HERE! The overnight receptionist (older guy with gray hair who didn’t want to tell us his name) is absolutely awful. I came to València to vacation and had a friend who is walking distance from here. He had a problem that she walked me to my hotel room for the night and accused her of sleeping here when their beds could barely even hold one person. As someone who lives here of course my friend is going to walk me in and make sure I’m all set for the night. I asked him if there were certain visiting hours that the hotel enforced so I know but he was mute and just said that she stays here too long. The night after when my friend walked me in he didn’t even greet us he said “10 minutes”. How dare he! My friend wouldn’t even want to sleep here if I begged her and she barely even wanted to walk me in ice he made us feel so uncomfortable. Then when I tried to explain that she’s not staying here he said “it’s your last night, I don’t care”. Excuse me! How does he even know it’s my last night ( me specifically out of everyone staying here). My last night is tonight and I couldn’t be happier. If you want to feel watched and uncomfortable book here.
