  Good location, the rest disappointing, would not return

  the entrance lousy, smelly, very narrow stairs.the sink did not swallow the water properly.the mattress of the sofa bed was very uncomfortable,the bathtub soaring to access it,There wasn't a towel rack in the bathroom to leave a towel on either.neither a microfiber blade for cleaning the bathroom or kitchen Originally submitted in Spanish on www.tripadvisor.es.   Great apartment to rent !

  The people were very easy to deal with and the apartment very centrally located. Only a block from Central Market to buy all types of food, close to Cathedral and lots of restaurants !Apartment was clean, everything worked well, balconies awesome !Would highly recommend!

  Perfect position, clean and quiete apartment

  We have been at Total Valencia Victoria for two days in March.The position is perfect, in the center of the old city. It's easy to reach by metro (just five minute walking).The apartment is clean, large and it's in a quiet street.We are arrived before check-in time, but the apartment was ready.Tha day we went away, we left our laggage in the office, that is close to the apartment.The staff is really kind and helpfull.Very very good place!!

  We stayed at this apartment in May 2015 and have yet to be reimbursed for our deposit (July 2015). We had been communicating with Marcia via email since our stay, and she had told us that the payment had been made but our bank was not receiving it. We have called our bank numerous times and every time they have said the same thing - no payment has been received and no payment is expected. She has now stopped replying to my emails. We are in the process of filing a report with the authorities in Spain in hopes of being reimbursed.
