Location

The guesthouse is located in the city centre surrounded by many bars, restaurants, cafés and shops. The old town, the Barrio del Carmen, and the cathedral of Valencia are less than 1 km away, and Malvarrosa Beach is just 10 minutes by underground. There are many direct connections (metro, bus, taxi) to the airport, railway station and central bus station. The guesthouse is just 100 m from the Paseo Alameda, and Colón metro station, located 5 minutes’ walk away, is 1 stop from the main train station in Valencia. Valencia airport is about 5 km away.

Facility

17 non-smoking rooms are located on 2 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.     This hotel was better than I was expecting after reading other reviews. Check in was relatively easy. There was a phone number to call if you have any problems as we arrived at midnight. Room was spacious and clean, with a big bed, clean towels and water waiting in the room which we were thankful for. We had a private bathroom located across the hall. It had everything in it we needed. Nice windows with a lovely view of the street. Wasn't exceptionally noisy. I'm a light sleeper and slept every night. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will definitely be back if we visit Valencia again.

    Cosy rooms in the city centre. A real value for money.There is a self-check but relatively easy even for senior travellers.We had a double room with shared bathroom. The hotel premises were clean.I would appreciate a kettle to make tea or coffee.

    We read various reviews of this place, and were a little nervous when we got there. We found that the check-in process that they had emailed us went fairly smoothly if little laboriously. Apparently they only have a desk attendant for three hours a day, after that they give you codes and you enter all of your passport information into a machine that kicks out a key to your room.The room was fine, the location was very good, the only negative was that our bathroom, although private, was down the hall accessible with our room key. That had been revealed before hand, however. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was fantastic, and the price wasn’t bad in what is an expensive city. We would stay there again.

    We got to the Hotel at 9:40 pm from Madrid, we never received an email with instructions or code to access the hotel, we sent messenger message and called multiple times and NO answer, so we decided to wait for an answer and went to eat something, they never answer or called and we were on the street and looking for a place to stay at 11:50 pm, if you want to have a good experience and enjoy Valencia DO NOT BOOKED IN B&B Hi Valencia or Hi Valencia what ever the name is, this is probably a scam.
