    Great location, great rooms and brilliant, helpful staff. Would definitely recommend and if travelling to València again would book this hotel.

    A good boutique hotel in Valencia if you don't need to be near the beach

    A nice boutique hotel in a good location by the Central Market. It was within walking distance of most center-city sights. The superior room was very spacious and everything was maintained well. The hotel was kept very clean. Breakfast was very good (hint - buy breakfast as part of the room package, not on a day-by-day basis).The terrace was slightly small, especially with a busy pool but there is a larger downstairs bar. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The front desk was competent but not as helpful as concierge at other hotels. Still this is i good hotel in this category.     I am writing this review especially to thank Alberto (from the night shift) for the incredible hospitality he provided during my stay. From the very beginning, he made me feel completely at home with his warm and welcoming attitude. He was always attentive, kind, and willing to help with anything needed, which truly made the experience even more enjoyable and comfortable.It is rare to meet someone who goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel valued and cared for, and Alberto did exactly that. His friendliness and genuine hospitality created such a positive atmosphere that I felt more like a welcomed friend than just a guest.     Fabulous location for the old town

    Great place to base yourself if you're exploring the old town. Walking distance to everything. Also not too far from metro stops.The hotel was quiet and clean. VERY comfy bed. Really friendly and helpful staff.Breakfast was good but not the best; the juice tasted watered down and there was no granola (appreciate that is a personal thing).The roof pool area is lovely and very sunny, but very small. I imagine in high season it could be tricky to get a spot.There's a space to leave your luggage if you arrive early or want to leave late.     Good location but that's pretty much of it. The rooms are 3star size, the breakfast is not that great, just ok. I had much better breakfast in smaller 3star hotels. The reception stuff is pretty much clueless about recommendations, organizing stuff and everything. The hotel "swimming pool" is for children, the toilets are most of the time without toiletpaper. Staff constantly need a reminder to fill it up. In total 3 stars only. Not more. The 4star room price is not justified at all.Not my first choice for my next trip coming to Valencia.
