  Perfect stay. Wonderful staff, beautiful room and great location. Anna was welcoming and helpful. I had 2 separate bookings over different dates and she did all she could to combine into one booking. In the end she couldn’t do it but couldn’t have been more helpful. My bag was moved from my old room to my new one while I was out. Both rooms were beautiful. 506 had a balcony and was spacious. 201 had a huge jacuzzi in the room that was perfect after running the half marathon. Location is great but truly, the staff make this hotel. Gracias Anna and team.

  I was initially unsure of this hotel after reading some reviews. But the hotel was great, friendly staff, beautiful clean room with a comfy bed and lovely modern bathroom with walk in double shower and was in a central location close to the old town. As a 3 Star hotel it surpassed my expectations and I would definitely stay here again.

  Clean and beautiful rooms with very friendly staff

  I was surprised to see any negative reviews regarding this hotel as it was absolutely fabulous! The room was the perfect size for the length of our stay and the decor was beautiful. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was great. We stayed for three nights and had breakfast on one morning. The breakfast was fantastic value, but my only grievance was that they didn’t ask us if we had finished before they started clearing away and shutting down the coffee machine, which was a shame as it was meant to continue until 10:30. This certainly didn’t affect my experience though, it was still wonderful.The location of the hotel is also amazing. It is at the heart of the old town very close to everything you’d want to see. It is a nice and steady walk to the beach and it took us just over an hour. However, there are plenty of taxis available!Thank you in particular to the very friendly staff at reception, we loved talking to you and you made us feel so at home!

  Very bad experience.We booked this room directly with the hotel. We asked for a quiet room, and they offered us a room facing a backyard, avoiding the noise of the street. We have been other times in rooms that face a courtyard, the views are usually not good but they tend to have less noise.But this room (105, as well as 205 and 305) have only one small window to a extremely narrow courtyard of barely 1 m. X 1 m., which means that hardly any light enters and gives a very unpleasant feeling of confinement. You can check the attached photo, which is taken at 10 in the morning. With hardly any light, and a strong musty smell, we found it terrible to stay in that room for 4 days and insistently asked to change rooms, even if we had to pay a supplement, but the staff insisted that the hotel was full and that it wasn’t possible. However, the day after our arrival we could see that several guests were leaving the hotel, but they still confirmed that they could not change us.To make matters worse, through the courtyard facing the window there were two large ventilation pipes that made noise, so the room was not even quiet: we had to ask them to turn ventilation off at night, and they turned them back on very early in the morning, so we hardly could rest.On the other hand, the room lacks cleanliness and maintenance, as can be seen in the photos. The TV barely had selected Spanish channels.The staff is friendly, but they don't solve your problems.I've never been to a worse place, and I don't recommend it.

  Not boutique but nice.

  Although on the surface the hotel looks like a boutique hotel the finer details are definitely missing. We had tea & coffee making facilities in our room but no milk, when we asked for some it was brought up in a glass.We would normally expect water as well in the room with a couple of glasses but only two cups for tea etc.For a boutique hotel we thought there should have been shower gels etc in the room but only one very small shampoo when we asked for shower gel we got another shampoo.But the room itself although small was lovely and the staff were very friendly, we think with a few minor changes this hotel could be classed as boutique but not at the moment.You may want to ask for a room at the front of the Hotel as we only had a very small window over looking a block of flats at the rear and the room was very dark.
