A superb hotel. The staff could not have been more attention or helpful. There was a slight issue with our room - they immediately ‘re roomed’ us. The rooms are spotless, the shower powerful and the location is perfect. The hotel is a minute from the Cathedral but on a quiet street. However on the corner are bustling bars and restaurants- it really is the perfect pairing. The breakfast was fabulous - my husband considers himself a connoisseur-and he was very happy! The man greeting us each morning, not only made lovely coffee but with a welcoming smile. We can not recommend this hotel enough.

Fantastic Stay in Valladolid

Can't beat the location right in the heart of Valladolid within walking distance to everything. The room was modern and clean and the little balcony had a great view of the street and surrounding neighborhood. The area immediately surrounding the hotel has some of the best bars/restaurants in the city. They stay open late, but our room was quiet and we slept great. Noise was not an issue. The lady at the front desk recognized I was learning Spanish and she spoke slowly, which was very nice as it allowed me to understand everything regarding how to park our car (they have on site parking) and everything else about our room, the stay, etc. If you're looking for a very nice place to stay in Valladolid, this is your spot.

Lovely hotel in the heart of the city

Stayed here for 2 nights for a work meeting. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and well appointed with a well-stocked mini-fridge and all the amenities you would expect. I good shower as well. The location is very good, right in the heart of the city. Would definitely stay again!

Comfortable stay and great staff

I was in Valladolid for a conference. My room was very comfortable, and I enjoyed the window in the ceiling overlooking the rooftops of the city. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast downstairs was great too. I also used their laundry services and was very happy.

Very good hotel, I had booked another of their hotels and they upgraded me to this one for no extra charge! I felt so luxurious, there were so many soaps, shampoos and even tooth brush and tooth paste, I had never seen it before in a hotel. Towels and tv, comfortable beds! I would love to stay longer. Also great location about 15 minute walk to the train station and 20 minute walk from the bus station.
