  Excellent family room and breakfast

  One of the best family rooms we ever had on quite some travels. Separate bedrooms and bathrooms for us and our two teenagers. And connected together. Excellent breakfast and diner was ok. Very pleasant prices for drinks and tapas. Staff all very friendly. The hotel parking was challenging (step and narrow spaces). Liked the public parking at only 2 minutes away at our 2nd stay. For us a deserved 4 star hotel. At a much higher standard then our 3 and 4 star hotels at France in our trip to Portugal and back. Would stay in this hotel again in future.   rooms great; breakfast awful

  The rooms were really good quality. On the other side, the breakfast was awful. There were flies sitting on the food and when I reported it, they didnt do anything about it. The oily eggs had run out, they didnt replace them despite waiting 40 mins. The variety of food was poor. Also, at the point of check in, minimal information was given.   The restaurant is excellent. Food is really good, it is kind of Spanish/fusion style food. The menu is great just for 14€, or 12€ the express menu Monday through Friday. The terrace is also nice, specially during the summer and spring seasons.   Excellent room, well located next t the Plaza de Toros, good coffee shop for very reasonably priced breakfasts and affordable parking. The hotel, however, could have done a better job of preparing rooms for our meetings.
