    Slept well

    rating19 Aug 2026

This is a pleasant modern hotel, with a bar, restaurant and outside terrace. I stayed in a room with good facilities for guests with mobility challenges. There was no kettle in the room, but one was readily provided on request. The beds are comfy with lovely soft pillows. Breakfasts have plenty of choice from a buffet, including fresh orange juice, hot and cold food.

    Excellent family room and breakfast

    rating14 Aug 2025

One of the best family rooms we ever had on quite some travels. Separate bedrooms and bathrooms for us and our two teenagers. And connected together. Excellent breakfast and diner was ok. Very pleasant prices for drinks and tapas. Staff all very friendly. The hotel parking was challenging (step and narrow spaces). Liked the public parking at only 2 minutes away at our 2nd stay. For us a deserved 4 star hotel. At a much higher standard then our 3 and 4 star hotels at France in our trip to Portugal and back. Would stay in this hotel again in future. SILKEN JUAN DE AUSTRIA, Director General at Dorma Juan de Austria, responded to this review Dear guest,We appreciate you taking the time to rate us and comment on your stay. We are delighted to hear that your experience of the hotel was so positive, and we hope, as you say, that you will return.Best regards,Héctor MontesDirector / Managing DirectorHotel Silken Juan de Austria****

    rooms great; breakfast awful

    rating07 Aug 2024

The rooms were really good quality. On the other side, the breakfast was awful. There were flies sitting on the food and when I reported it, they didnt do anything about it. The oily eggs had run out, they didnt replace them despite waiting 40 mins. The variety of food was poor. Also, at the point of check in, minimal information was given. SILKEN JUAN DE AUSTRIA, Director General at Dorma Juan de Austria, responded to this review Dear Customer,We thank you for taking the time once again to inform us through this form of comments about your experience at the hotel. We are very sorry that your experience at the buffet was not what we are used to, since it is one of our strong points as many of our clients indicate and as always we take note of it with the idea of ??improving. All the information about the hotel services is on a large sign at the reception in front of the computers where you checked in and on the signs inside the elevators that you took to get to your room. If you had asked us something, we would have been happy to solve it for you.All the best,Hector MontesDirector / G. ManagerHotel Silken Juan de Austria****

Modern and immaculate clean hotel on a beautiful boulevard. The A-1 staff makes the difference; I must point out Ms. Grettel Valdivia’s professionalism and superior customer service at the Front Desk.Do not miss the delicious breakfast.Parking facility is a plus since the hotel is in a busy area. Restarant

    rating09 Jun 2022

The restaurant is excellent. Food is really good, it is kind of Spanish/fusion style food. The menu is great just for 14€, or 12€ the express menu Monday through Friday. The terrace is also nice, specially during the summer and spring seasons. SILKEN JUAN DE AUSTRIA, Director General at Dorma Juan de Austria, responded to this review Dear Customer,Thank you for taking the time to rate your experience at our restaurant. We are very glad that you liked it and we hope that you decide to visit us again another time. All the best,Hector MontesDirector / General ManagerHotel Silken Juan de Austria****
