  Clean comfortable room. Very spacious! Breakfast was a nice surprise….. individual fruit cups, granola and overnight oats (fair) and individual omelets and make your own waffles. Something for everyone. Yummy too. We would definitely stay here again

  Excellent breakfast with the most delicious baked goods you’ll ever get anywhere! Blueberry muffins, blueberry waffles, delicious cinnamon cake the baked goods alone are enough to visit this Hampton Inn again

  It says Hampton Inn, but, if you are a Hilton member, don't expect the usual 'benefits' The front desk was actually proud to say they are not exactly a Hampton. They make it up by offering a nice place to stay with great views of the harbor from one side of the hotel. Outstanding breakfast and evening snacks more common in upper scale hotels.The free shuttle into town is a nice touch (Thanks to LL Bean). Avoids driving and looking for parking.

  Great place to stay. Staff, shuttle to BH and breakfast is great. For ocean view try to get higher than 2nd floor. It seemed to be a very clean hotel and I would absolutely stay here again.

  Terrible room, zero customer service, management needs training. No guest service recovery skills. At all. Managment did not respond to issues raised. Hampton Inn, Owner at Hampton Inn Bar Harbor, responded to this review Thank you for staying with us, and taking the time to leave your feedback. I’m sorry for the frustration around your experience.Our guaranteed check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Early check-in is always based on availability within the room type reserved. If you are planning on arriving for your reservation at 9:00 AM, prior to the day's check out time, we recommend reserving a room for the night before to guarantee you will have a room ready when you arrive. When you returned to check in at 1:30 P.M, the only room ready in your confirmed room type was on the first floor; an option a member of your party had accepted by phone about an hour earlier. We also offered to hold your luggage if you preferred to wait for a higher floor that would be ready by 4:00 PM, and we offered an optional, ready-at-arrival ocean-view upgrade.Regarding management, a manager on duty was present and engaged with you at check-in. Mid-stay, after you replied to our text asking how your stay was, we called right away to discuss any concerns and assist. If you would like to reach out to the property, we would love the opportunity to speak further about the issues raised if you feel we did not address them during our many conversations over the course of your stay.Thank you again for choosing Hampton Bar Harbor, we hope you enjoyed your time in here in Acadia.
