  Very disappointing not 4 star.

  Very disappointing. Cleanliness an issue. Lift always breaking. Breakfast buffet poor with same selection every day and dirty water glasses. Staff often rude. Few amenities in room and no drink making facilities. Lack of shelf storage in rooms. We were stuck in the lift and when they eventually rescued us there wasn't even an offer of a free drink or something.

  Noisey - No Sleep at Olid!

  Basic Room okay - but no facilities for making a hot drink. Stayed 1 night passing through Valladolid on route to Portugal and 1 night on return journey. Rooms overlook a square where about 100 youths/students gathered and shouted all night. Did not quieten down until 5am! Very little sleep. Staff not interested in the disturbance. In UK I would have called Police to move them on. Noted people still entering Nightclub at 8am when we were leaving!

  Decent hotel, with an excellent location in the historic area of the city. Everything was very clean, our room was nice but with a view of a dreary side street unfortunately. Strange that absolutely amenities were provided, not even bottled water…. The mini bar was empty, and there weren’t any usb outlets anywhere in the room. Friendly staff at the reception who speak English and French. Wi-Fi was not working during our 1 night there

  Went on a girls holiday hotel lovely and clean food was fabulous couldn’t complain for what we paid staff was great room cleaned every day would definitely return drinks where good to plenty of choice look forward to returning in the summer 😄 José Luis Miguel, Director General at Hotel Olid, responded to this review Thanks!

  Good hotel with comfortable rooms and a great included breakfast. The only problem was that the WiFi was not great and did not work in all of our room. Otherwise great option in a good area of the city.
