  Hotel entrance has an awful smell as you walk in. Some of the staff are nice, some are quite rude and unhelpful. Restaurant was excellent and terrible

  Bad experience. The first impression seems great, but once you take in the details!!! DEFINITELY not worth 4 stars. Hair in the shower, streaks on the glass and mirror, peeling paint on the doors. The entire room is not great. The pool water is clear, but there's moss and dirt on the bottom. The restaurant! Another thing. A very limited menu, and you still don't get what you ask for. They write down your order on paper, but do they read it in the kitchen? The breakfast is also nothing to write home about. Basic, a cornflake breakfast—that's not what you expect in such a high-quality hotel. I understand the rating based on the ample parking, pool, spacious rooms, and on-site restaurant. But our experience during the stay, and compared to many other accommodations we've stayed in, barely, really barely, deserves 3 stars. In terms of cleanliness and breakfast offering, we've had better service in a 2-star hotel.

  This is a strange place. The corridors take light saving to an extreme level so it keeps you in the dark most of the time. The bathroom has no private toilet. Only an Olympic athlete can get in the bath and shower. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The food was indifferent. The check in took forever. The barman clearly has no love for the job.
